    Pros +

    • The pool area was lovely and clean and there was always plenty of beds. The food & drinks included in the all inclusive option was of a good standard, there was always something we could eat. Our room was lovely, we had a suite as it was our mini-moon & it was decorated with rose petals everywhere which was lovely. The separate lounge area was highly appreciated, and the balcony with sun beds!!! The small on-site shop was so handy, we bought our sun bed clips, after-sun & crisps from there. It's got everything you'd probably need on a sunny holiday!
    • The personnel is very friendly and helpful, reception, bar, kitchen , even the cleaning ladies are joyful and nice to meet. The food is good. Many choices, you can be vegetarian, vegan or whatever your food choices are, you will find tasty food to eat. The room is clean. The pools are nice. You can find books to read in many language.
    • Hotel was very clean

    Cons -

    • We didn't know that we had to pay to use the safe (we never have done in any other hotel) and I had put mine & my husbands valuables in, set the lock and locked it. When I tried to open it, it just wouldn't open so we went to reception and they advised us that we had to pay per night (very small amount) and had to put in our key card to open it - there was no slot in the safe for our key card so went to reception again as our stuff was in there so quite worried. In the end, the technicians ripped it out of the wardrobe & had to open it up with an angle grinder & hammers, our belongings were fine thankfully. The entertainment was definitely not up to scratch It really needs some work in terms of the entertainment staff, the variety & the time that music is allowed on until. There needs to be more bar staff in the evenings, there was only ever 1 guy & it got too busy so there were queues. We felt really sorry for him.
    • We were a bit disappointed with the animation in the evening. Theoretically it’s between 21 and 24h. In reality it starts around 21h30 and ends no later than 23h. We wanted to dance but the dance floor is not shadow enough and so people won’t feel confortable to go dance under full white light spot. The boy responsible with the music seems bored and just want everyone go home I guess. I’ve seen more animation in regular hotels with kids. You don’t want to feel like in a retirement home.
    • Location was too far away with no transport other than taxi.

My room was very clean, tidy and modern. The shower room was also clean, modern and came with complimentary shampoo and shower gel. When I had arrived to the hotel I had missed the dinner. I was staying all inclusive, so the staff had wrapped a few plates for me and left them in my room so I didn’t go hungry that evening. The beds were comfortable and I slept really well. The food within the restaurant was excellent, far better than a lot of other all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at. All the bars offered plenty of drinks within the all inclusive package including; beers, cocktails, champagne, wine, soft drinks etcThere was even a snack bar during the day incase you became hungry. The pool looked really nice, however I was travelling around the island during the day so I didn’t get to use this facility.

Unfortunately due to the hotel being on a hill, there were several levels to it, so if you have difficulty with stairs/lifts then be aware of this. Also due to this, there is no balcony to rooms as they are all on ‘ground level’. There is a balcony area to each room, but anyone can access your balcony from the outside.I was a bit disappointed that the lobby bar closed early, as I’m someone who likes a ‘quiet drink’ and if you want to drink past 9pm you have to go into the disco bar which was quite loud. Surprisingly there was a roof top next to the disco bar but with no seating, so this is something I think the hotel should consider.

I stayed here for 6 months while working online and surfing with half-board option!IMO this hotel is the best value for working/surfing in Fuerteventura! The food is good with Mexican, China's, Rib, steak nights with good meat for dinners and a lot of vegs/salads.Breakfasts are good too and you can always find some healthy mix for you!The WIFI is tapped at 4-5mbps, but the connection is stable and good for work (important for me)! 4/5G also exits in the room too ;)Pool area is nice and gym is good add-on as well! There's a basketball and football court too!The hotel is 20min from the beach by walk but Bird scooters are around the corner so it took me 2-3mins while using it on daily basis (Brids have a unlock deal that you can buy through the app for 25 unlock etc)The hotel is quiet for work/living and well maintained considering the price thus I will be staying longer! :)

    Considering the value nothing!

Kn Matas Blancas is a nice modern comfortable hotel.Pool area is beautiful and terrace super nice to admire the view down to the beaches, and up to the FV-2 !.The beaches and bars are a good 20 minute walk away, which is ok going down but a pain coming back up the hill.

Location is an issue if you are not mobile.I would have expected all inclusive guests to have FREE the use of the Spa, but this is not the case ; its is chargeable.I would have expected a kettle in the room - again chagreable. The rooms can be noisy as rooms are not soundproofed.

The location was perfect for the quiet, relaxing, all-inclusive experience we wanted. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

A lot of the gym equipment was faulty and so I was unable to use it as I had planned to.

Spa, and restaurant food. The spa and sauna, steam room facilities were good and very relaxing.

Gym was ok, but could have had more machines. The snack bar could have had a little more choice.

Fantastic affordable buffet, lovely room, sports facilities if you want them and friendly staff.

    9JohannPosted on: 2-14-2024

Loved our stay, we could always find something to eat in the buffet.Ok selection of coctails, show every night.

Room could have been more kozy, painted in color and so not just everything white

    9RoderickPosted on: 2-2-2024

The staff were amazing! Particular Marketa and Alexandra on the reception desk.

The gym could’ve had a bit more equipment, and what was there wasn’t always working.

Quiet hotel. Sunny balcony. Very good value. Food is satisfactory. Always freshly cooked fish available in the evening.

Everything was great. Food was tasty and a good variety. Everything was clean. The staff were super, especially the Reception staff.

The location wasn't so great for less able clients. It was a real trek into town/to the beach. A shuttle bus would be a real asset.

Great facilities and large open areas

Mis sold as most rooms face internal walkways. We had no sun and no privacy which we were under the impression we had booked, misleading at best

Good value for the price we paid (halfboard, drinks included);Nice, helpful staff;Plenty of parking lots near hotel

    Low budget hotel, not really a 4*;Dust and ants in the room, black hair in the toilet and on the bed; pretty gray towels;Extra tax for safety deposit;Far away from the airport (about 70km), with only one public bus to get (line 10), taxi around 80-100 eur; about 15 minutes walking distance from the bus stop in Costa Calma; Car needed to explore the island - we booked a car from a rent a car recommended by the hotel staff, but with some problems with opening/closing the car trunk;

Very good value for money for long stay!Good food, internet 5mbps but stable in 5g area if required. Clean inside/out

Bathroom could be renovated a bit but still good rooms for the money!

nice hotel with hotel swimming pool and offer (welnes, fitness...). the food offer is very modest for the price and number of stars. Before that, we stayed in a hotel with less stars in a better location, whose food cannot be compared to this one either in terms of quantity and selection of food and drinks. We slept very badly because there were adults staying in the hotel, who do not respect the order that it is not appropriate to be drunk in the corridors at 4 in the morning.

Friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean.

Very loud music at night from their entertainment program by the pool. Bring earplugs. People smoke everywhere, you can‘t leave your door to the balcony open because smoke smell will come in. The drinks are horrible, they all come out of machines. Coffee & wine are tasteless. They have enough food options but nothing special and very bland. Mostly old, overweight Germans and Brits are guests here.

Good variety of food choice, spa lovely, staff friendly

Noise levels from bar, rooms, and outside at night and early hours of the morning by drunken residents. If you're looking to party then this will not bother you. I went to relax after a bereavement. Take ear plugs and this may be a solution. However the hotel had none, nor the shop. Walked around the small town to no avail. Not a lot of choice, and prices in calma are ridiculous. The hotel is on a hill so could be a problem for some residents. Go half board at least, as there is no where within walking distance to just pop out and eat at.Staff did move me on the 3rd day once a room came available, however this did not solve the noise issues and further complaints went unanswered, and have still been ignored. This was the first holiday I was looking forward to leave, solely down to the noise levels. Highly recommend ear plugs. Multiple people were also frustrated with noise at night, if this could have been addressed or at least acknowledged after bringing it to the attention of staff it could have relieved some of the frustration caused by 7 nights of disturbed sleep.
