We spend only one night in the hotel but our 4 year son loved it, great pool with heated water. We had a room with a see view which was stunning.

The wifi is not the best

It was hard to adjust shower temperature

I stayed in a beautiful sea view room with a balcony. It was very clean and comfortable. Stunning gardens and swimming pools with great views of the sea. I had the buffet food which was good. I felt checkin was very busy and staff were a little stressed and could have been more personable. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Food very good and nicely presented - disliked other guests coughing all over the dishes though.Pool and grounds very nice. Beautiful old palm and olive trees. Had double room with excellent sea view.

Would have liked more freshly made fruit juices / smoothies / cocktails from the pool bar or snack bar.

Professional reception at the reception, advance check-in at the hotel shortened our check-in upon arrival. Extremely friendly staff in the restaurant and bar.Very pleased with the sea view from our room.Despite arriving late at the hotel, they provided us with a cold dinner. We were very satisfied with breakfast and dinner, we did not try lunch and the snack bar because we explored the island all day. From the restaurant, the path to the room led us past a beautiful swimming pool with heated water. The hotel surroundings are very nicely decorated with green trees.

The floor tiles in room 3112 are in need of replacement. Some of them move when you walk on them. This fact does not affect the cleanliness of the room which was impeccable.

Nice pool, nice room away from the main complex.

Big and generic hotel, staff didn’t seem to care or be friendly. Pool area overcrowded (too small for a hotel with >500 rooms)

Food and hygiene. Beds very comfortable. Fitness programme

Entertainment and animation. Some areas need refurbishment. Shower wasn't very hot in the evenings

the facility is huge, it's easy to get lost on the first day, staff help you bring your luggage to the door.

The definite minutes are the lack of a kettle, no coffee or tea in the room, we couldn't ask for an iron..z

    9Oli_cPosted on: 2-16-2025

The hotel’s facilities are a bit outdated, but everything was functional. The heated pool in February was a great bonus. Excellent food selection, including fish and vegetarian options.

Close to the beach and some bars and shops great view ?

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, some apartments are quite a walk from the hotel facilities with only some having lifts lots of stairs not helping those with mobility problems

Not for us, can't say there was anything wrong with the place other than it's a really big complex and very in-personable. Only stayed 1 night which was enough. Location is too far out on the edge of Morro Jable - you need a taxi into the livelier end, don't know why some reviews say restaurants and bars close by - they must mean the one bar and burger king in the block below the complex. Breakfast was a good selection but a chaotic experience as too busy. Beds are super comfy.

    8AdriannaPosted on: 1-14-2025

Really good location if you want to stay close to the beach and the promenade for walking, running or cycling. There’s a supermarket nearby and some shops. Good selection of foods at breakfast and dinner.

A bit dated interior of the apartments and in need of newer bedding and bathroom towels.

    9AmelianPosted on: 1-12-2025

It had everything you need. The food was very good and diverse. Every day, for lunch and dinner they changed the options. Amazing staff! It was a pleasure to stay here and the rooms are very quiet, you do not hear the neighbours at all which is amazing - we slept like babies. We would come back! Thank you

The furniture is a little old, but the room was very clean and they really try to acommodate the guests well. It didn’t bother us, to be honest, it was only the first impression.

    7PeterPosted on: 1-9-2025

Location was good close to the sea and local town which had numerous restaurants and shops. New Years Eve meal was exceptional, though this was one day out of a 10 night stay.Room was good.Free parking on street outside hotel grounds

Food was limited, with breakfast staying the same menu each day. Therefore limited variety, if you do not pork. Evening meal was also limited. Was advertised as Adults Only. Though thus was not the case. A select area was Adult only. Though this was not the area I was given - this was an additional cost. Entertainment was geared for children mainly.Towel policy for sun loungers was not explained at check-in so went without initially.Internet was awful. Intermittent around the pool, and communal areas and non existent in the room. Birds would eat your buffet breakfast as you got up to get a coffee- outside seating area.Additional charge for safe and parking was not expected or acceptable.

The hotel was very well landscaped on several different levels. The facilities were very good.

The pools were very cold. Heated pools (or at least one) should be standard for a 4 star hotel.

    9MichellePosted on: 1-2-2025

Good location for using buses, taxis and walking. Near the beach, good clean rooms

Lack of vegetarian choices on the buffet
