Clean, well organized and functional. Buffet was ok : some days better than others despite good variety.

The coffee machine at main restaurant is only available during breakfast. For coffee post lunch/dinner you need to go to pool bar , minor inconvenience.

Great hotel facilities and incredible location facing the best beaches of Fuerteventura

Lack of fish variety in the buffet

There was a variety of options for all meals. Staying for a week, you will see some repetition, but there is so much fresh meat, fish, veg and salad that I was always happy. The heated pool was great. I didn't try the other pools as they were cold. The staff are always active, keeping the place clean, preping tables, making food, putting on entertainment. All the while being a friendly and approachable.

The hotel was great at the end of March as it wasn't peak season. I can imagine that it would feel too crowded in the canteen and the bars in peak season. The Tapas restaurant which you need to reserve was small, and the food wasn't as nice as the main canteen food.

Room was clean and had all amenities needed for our stay.Hotel was big, plenty of space around pool areas.Good variety of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner.Few shops nearby within 10 minutes walk aswell as a supermarket.

Alcohol was local and not premium branded drinks and did not taste great.Was very quiet and not alot of music in the Salon or by the pool.

The location of the Resort was very good,5 minutes from the beach and shops nearby. Good buffet and variety of the food, however the quality of the food was not exeptional.

The room's cleaning service was quite unsatisfactory. Throughout the entire week of my stay, the floor was not cleaned even once, leaving sand from the beach scattered around. Additionally, despite placing a sign outside the room indicating that cleaning was permitted, no one entered to clean for two days during the week.

Good location, good food, friendly staff

Rooms are trashed, signs of water leaks in the bathroom, lots of dust, nearly dead plants, staff is hard to reach, always huge line on reception.

Beach is about 1km away from the room. Not much of diversity of the food. Entertainment can be improved. Pools were with very cold water. Sea was wormer.

Staff friendly and animator doing their best.But no one should be alone and responsible for 10 kids, without being able to close the gate. My kid went back to the room alone.WiFi worked very badly, some of us could never connect.

You need to pay for changing pool towels. Asian and Tapas only open 2x/week each and you can only book once per week. Drinks from the all inclusive are not allowed into these and any drinks are paid extra. Safe is also extra. Sauna only allows 4 persons per hour and only open from about 10 am to 4pm. Food not impressive at all. No juices. Dirty dishes and glasses. Mold in my room!

Second time here. The location is perfect. The food was great. Staff friendly. In general, it is a very good place to stay.

The staff were amazing, very nice and helpful staff. Would highlight the staff from the restaurant who were very understandable and supportive with our two toddlers. Food was amazing too, specially the Italian part.

Not having a double bed and having two single beds wS not good. All the rest very good and clean.

Everything! Location, cleanness, beautiful room, the views, the food, the staff, all was excellent and I had a beautiful week!

I think the gym needs maintenance... Animation is way too loud, but if you want to stay away from it, you can.

Room was clean and cleaned regularly. Most staff are polite and friendly. The location is good a nice walk into the town and great sunset from the pool bar area.

This is my third trip to the hotel and the standard has definitely gone down. The two most obvious for me was the food and drink quality and the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool areas. Two years ago the pool areas were washed down everyday but I didn't see this happen once. The sunbeds are dirty and a lot are broken and it just generally looks tired in a lot of the communal areas. The food standard and quality was the biggest shock for me compared to my last visit two years ago.

Cleaners did a very basic job

The location is good. The room was ok and beds ok.

The restaurant. It is very large and noisy. canteen like! There are no noise reduction furnishings or decorations so you hear so much cutlery, plates and people! It’s so loud and always really busy with not enough staff to cope. Food selection was not great quality.

Food quite good, animation team was brilliant

Toilet door didn’t close properly, staff was using old cloth to wipe the tables, this was our 3rd time in this hotel and unfortunately we do see a big difference. It needs renovation

I liked the view, and how close it was to the beach.

It was kinda dirty, a food was avarage.

Location The room was well cleaned each day.

The hotel is very tired with paint coming away or missing on walls and ceilings in public areas. The glass balconies around the hotel are very dirty and this makes the areas look dirty and unkempt. There did not appear to be any staff in the week we were there cleaning public areas, stairs corridors etc,, and it was very dirty with plates cups and rubbish around the walk ways and pathways.
