Staff was polite

It is like time travel to 1990s, everything is too out of date.The food has no taste because they use low quality ingredients.Bed springs hurt my back.

The worst hotel I have ever stay in my life.The staff are RACIST.if they don't like you, they will never speak English with you.If you're a black or Asian person, please avoid going to this country or even this hotel. Because these people are not human when it comes to treating black people like human beings.I booked for a poor view, But because I was a black woman, the reception is decided to give me A room very far away from the pool and in a very bad condition. The bath in the room was in a very bad condition. Because I couldn't even have a bathe or have a shower the 1st day I arrive.The staff have no manners when it comes to a black person.I said, it's because every time i go to have my breakfast or my lunch. I can see every single one of them cleaning.All the white people table, but they would never clean my table while I am still sitting at a table, but they will clean all the white people table while they are all at their table.That is how bad and racist they are.The guy who was at the bar saving the drink was the worst of them. He has no manners, no respect, but every time I see him with the other white people. You could see how respectful to them, but when he comes to a black person.His behaviour was like. I shouldn't be there.He made me pay for a drink even when I booked for all inclusive, The racism in this hotel. Is so bad that I believe these people are still 30 years behind time.Please, if you're a black person, avoid going to this country or should I say the hotel. Because this place is the last place you want to go to for a holiday? Trust me. You will regret ever stepping your foot in that hotel.If I have my way. I will download a lot of videos for everyone to watch.

Everything is bad. The room was very far away from the pool and there was no such thing as a poor view or any view in the room.The bath in the room was painted and the paint was coming off when I tried to run a bathThe stuff don't speak English with you if they don't like you. Because I don't believe every single person in that hotel doesn't speak English.

Decent shower water pressure, good wifi, food is more or less ok. Pool is also pretty nice.

Everything from beginning. First we got downgraded room in basement, because hotel was overbooked (not our problem), instead of what was promoted in booking. Flexibility from staff to find a solution was close to 0. "Stay, or cancel booking and get your money back" at 18:00, when it was gettint dark, in the middle of nowhere. We asked for some sort of refund as compensation for such room, but receptionist refused. Room in basement would not be too much of a problem, but furniture was outdated, some broken, sockets broken, tiles in toilet broken. Room was moisty, full of mosquitos. Also there were some cockroaches, but they were outside of our room - so not a problem.I will leave photo of promoted room and existing situation.Our room was totally not worth 4 stars.

Pool was lovely.

Our bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was human hair in shower tray and on the floor.Pillows were very poor quality.

The location was 20 mins walk away from the nearest beach but we knew that and the location was fine, pool area was great with enough sunbeds for everyone. We loved the daily aquagym and yoga/stretching, the buffets were ok for the price although a bit unimaginative. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Generally a good deal for the price.

The evening entertainments were not very interesting. The aguagym and yoga stretching activities were only Monday to Friday and it would have been great to also have them at the weekend. Wifi didn't really work most of the time we were there. The food selection was a bit samey, and if you didn't eat early for dinner/breakfast the good stuff would run out.

Loved the room, super comfy bed and sofa, spacious, lovely balcony for relaxing, it was nice and quiet, super clean., nice choice for food .....Members of staff - Except one older gentleman who was checking me out with a big smile and was super friendly, and one member of staff who works by the pool and was super helpful to find how to fill up my water batter for my long walk when the pool bar was closed, the rest of staff members could be trained for smiling, it really doesn't cost anything to be friendly :)

all inclusive but you have to pay for bottled water. really?? if you don't manage to fill up your bottle until 6pm and you don't have any energy to go to the shop you have to pay for a bottle of water or you will get a glass of water instead, and I was very thirsty as I was on walking holiday, walked 25k that day

Nice food, every day different and very tasty for us, good for fammily with childern. Nice pool., silnent area, free suttle bus to beach, nice and helpfull recepcion and staf there , choice AI

Old forniture. Plastic chair on terrase, safe not working. Aircondition cant stop from room and have high noisy. Elevator get strange voice and need reconstruction, Lite bit far from beach by walking 2 km

Staff were great couldn't help enough and rooms cleaned every day. Food was great and great choice every night. Plenty going on round the pool during the day if you wanted to get involved.

Location was a bit out of the way but it didn't stop a great holiday

The room was clean and the pool area was nice.Although it seems understaffed, the employees that we were interacting with were nice.

The food was awful. One of my kids got food poisoning and this ruined a few days of our holidays. We had to provide the kids food outside the hotel, even if we were having all meals included.The plates & glasses in the 2 restaurants of the hotel were quite dirty, even the ones which were supposed to be just cleaned.Our room was close to some hotel facilities where each morning at 7:15AM there would be a truck uploading stuff.

The hotel itself was nice, pool great, room great.
