The staff had a hard time keeping up with cleaning during meal time. Suggest hiring more.

We were approached our first evening there to purchase drinks at meal time. When we indicated to the waiter that we had limen and water, he brought us bottled lime and bottled water and charged us for it. A small matter but bothersome. Suggest a sign that the guest should approach the waiter if they want a different drink. I think there was a language problem

We really enjoyed several things about the resort. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm and perfect for relaxing. Our bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. We also appreciated the cold draft beer and the self-service drink machines with a good variety of options.

The resort has a lot of potential, but there are a few areas for improvement. There were only a limited number of umbrellas by the pool, which made it difficult to find shade. The food was tasty but became a bit repetitive over the days. Most of the animation team spoke only Italian, which sometimes made it hard to follow the activities. The bathroom was clean on arrival, but after a few days there was an occasional unpleasant smell, which suggested the daily cleaning could be more thorough. Adding mosquito nets over the beds would be wonderful, as mosquitoes somehow found their way in even with windows and doors closed. The cocktails could be more varied and freshly made, currently there are only a few machine-made options and the lines at the bar can get long. Also, the restaurant closes after 9:30 pm, so it can be tricky to find something to eat later in the evening.Overall, it’s a nice resort with friendly staff, and with a few small improvements it could be an excellent experience for everyone.

Nice staff, good food. Great lamb chops, lots of variety, always something fresh being cooked like meats and fish on the grill with great flavors, great papaya

There were no shampoo, body lotion, anything. The only things provided for us were a shower bonet, a comb, and a body wash / hair wash combo in the showerMini fridge was not coldThe entertainment was super family focused! Which was cute but next time i will re consider as me and my best friend who came here are 26 and dont have kids Pool/beach:All the coctails are from a machine. The only good bar is in esencia, piña colada from the machine is wierdThe chips cost money, theres no place to get snacks or food during some hours. No room serviceThere is no vibe. No music, nothing, the only music i heard playing maybe twice at the pool or something was the US top hits tik tok songs…. Maybe its nice to hear some culture or some spice! There is only one bar tender working on saturday. I feel like logistically these things could be handled better or fostered a more fun atmosphere

Excellent facilities , pool area could be cleaned a bit more often . Reception staff could do with learning to smile but other than that had a excellent stay .

The area was very nice, room spacious, location as well, close to the beach. We rented car and did small trips in the area. I read lot of references before booking and there were some negative opinions about staff. Staff was actually very nice and helpful.

Well the food wasn't the best quality. Selection was huge, but variety and quantity exceeded quality.

Location. Spread across a good area so things weren’t all on the same place. Multiple bars to choose from. Nice staff. Food was good.

Pool (specially the kids one) seemed to be undersized. It’s pretty much impossible to find a free chair to sit. The restaurant had the plates below the food, behind where people queue. You couldn’t get a plate without “drill” through the queue. Like the pool, it was not easy to find a free and clean table during meals.

A beautiful place, full of greenery. A big plus for a heated pool.When it comes to food, everyone will find something for themselves, cool "extras" at dinners like sushi.Nice animation staff.

Before booking this hotel , I checked in advance if it there are facilities for disabled guests.After the reservation was made, I kindly ask if there was a wheelchair that I can use it around the hotel and how could we get to hotel from bus station.I received only automatic messages related to check-in,nothing about my topic.When we arrived there,there was no wheelchair that I could use it around the hotel which I found it very disturbing since I have been to all inclusive hotels around the world and they have had. Anyway, we rented it one for a week and paid.After that,I asked for a plastic chair to put in the shower ,because there was no chair in the bathroom for the disabled people.We went once at the reception, and they said they will bring to room.After waiting half an hour,we went again to the reception and the reception guy said the chair will come tomorrow. I was frustrated and insisted that I couldn't stay without having a shower till tomorrow and insisted to talk with a manager.By coincidence,the manager was not there.A reception girl, Mariana,said that I could rent a plastic chair to have shower for 30 euro.So,she wanted to charge me for having shower in the hotel room.After all this,a plastic chair was finally given to me .The staff,at the Food Market,was rude. They keep taking the food without finishing your plate.The staff,In general is RUDE . They don't laugh to clients and really don't know how to treat the clients.I have been to different all inclusive hotels, and this hotel has given me a BAD IMPRESSION. No way for a disabled person,to go from hotel to the sea. I don't recommend it

It's a beatiful place with great facilities, great food and lovely atmosphere overall. We enjoyed spending time by the pools, and wellness areas as well as the quick access to the beach. Food was very diverse and you alway see something new.

The room could use more lights, our room was on the ground floor so we liked to close the blinds but there was not much light in the room.

Amazing facilities. This place has so much potential. Beach is fantastic, rooms were beautiful. Pool gorgeous.

Food was hit and miss. A little more attention to detail would make this place so much better.Staff at the kids club didn't seem like they wanted to be there. They were happily staring into their phones instead of engaging with the kids.

the food, the staff, the location, the pools, the weather! can’t recommend this hotel and this island highly enough.. didn’t want the holiday to end!

although it’s situated on a perfect stretch of beach, other than the supermarket at the top of the hill, the hotel is quite far from local amenities.if you’re able to hire a Car, then the hotel is perfect and great value for money!

The village, the location, the great and sunny lady at the reception (Carolina) and the pretty good breakfast choice in the morning!

We loved the rooms, the pools, the beach, the way they maintain the gardens looking beautiful. We loved the food too!

It is a really big complex, so it was very busy. We hated we had to pay to use the chairs and umbrellas at the beach, even as AI guests! €15 per day, its a bit too much! The pool was so busy that people had to put their towels to reserve chairs at 7am! Loads of people just stayed by the pool the whole day having drinks… this kind of place. The dinning room was super busy, you constantly crash with people in the buffet area. The type of customer there is also not the friendliest or polite!

Location, even though it’s an hour drive from the airport, the beach it has is really nice, and really easy to move around and get everything you need

A lot of the staff behaved very unprofessionally, some of them having heated arguments during work, or even insulting each other in front of guests, some even mocked or insulted guests that didn’t speak Spanish, and were caught of guard when told how wrong that was, it seemed Spanish speaking guests isn’t the most common. I believe this attitude has a lot to do with how staff feels underpaid (a common topic they all discussed very openly and strongly)

Really nic hotel and staff, food are good and a lot of choices,

unfortunately no one inform us that in the hotel a lot of people are sick stomach flu and my got stick, so last our 3 days we spend in room voimiting and we did not leave a room, paid so much for private doctor from hotel, because hotel had doctor but still you have to pay for it. So we lose money and 3 days of holiday. Hotel told us that they can’t help us and refund money because that’s normal in they hotel. Hotel was aware that people are sick in the hotel and did not inform anyone.So disappointed. Drinks were most of made with water and juice, felt like there is not alcohol in it. Last is that most of the staff were not speaking English just reception and few people in staff. So disappointing. I think there should write this on the website. In the hotel you have tennis courts which i was sure there are in the price of reservation especially that i had ‘all inclusive’ but of course you had to paid for it separately, no one told us and nothing and no information on the website. Beach is beautiful but if you want to use chair on the beach you have to paid separately as well of course. Not much is included to be honest and there is not much information on the website. Not even bus from airport to hotel, there is transport from airport to town 10 minutes by car to the hotel. So disappointing, hope they will update this information on the website.

Beautiful resort, overlooking the Atlantic coast. A separate pool for children, and another 3 - various depths for adults. Jacuzzis, spa, gym , many bars and 2 main restaurants serving delicious food every day. Our room had a beautiful large balcony, and a huge double bed (requested instead of the twin beds and got approved within minutes) It was unexpected to receive a bottle or bubbles on my birthday, felt very special and sweet, definitely a thoughtful touch. Very helpful receptionists, and some of the bartenders/waiters were really friendly as well. About an hour drive from the airport

Views and pool

Loads of reptiles on the hotel corridor and property. Found a reptile on my leg while in bed. No cleaning for 3 days .
