IFA Altamarena by Lopesan Hotels

From the moment we arrived, everything was brilliant. Mandy at reception made check-in very easy. The restaurant, bar and cleaning staff were great. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and received lovely chocolates and a card from reception. A wonderful stay. We live in Fuerteventura and love this hotel.

Location, Location Location.

Food was cold and limited variety

It was clean and tidy when we visited

The food was shocking we stayed two nights and we ended eating out on second night

Food was disgusting, cold, not much choice and just generally unappealing. Complained to manager, his attitude was horrendous. Restaurant staff were extremely rude. Drinks machines has watered down drinks

Great location. Soup and ice cream the best.

Drink service in evening slow. Food is very repetitive for 4* hotel. Bacon just fat and churros just oily.

Great location on a stunning beach. Very friendly staff. Good choice of food in restaurants. Plenty of room at the pool and nobody reserving sun beds all day.

No designated non smoking areas outside. Couldn’t sit outside without people smoking around you which is really not good.

I liked the variety and choice of all-inclusive options (food and drinks), the hotel's location a few steps from the beautiful beach, the bathtub in the bathroom and the balcony - a perfect amenity! The hotel was not crowded, a place by the pool was always available. The room was on the pool side so it was quiet and comfortable.

The location was right on the beach beautiful gardens, so much choice of different foods.

There was nothing we didnt like about the hotel.

I loved everything. The pool area the snack bar.A lovely gift plate of cheeses and fruits were left for us in our room.

Super breakfast would have liked the dried fruit out instead of at lunch time

Food choices were great. Perfect location for shops and beach. Staff very friendly.

Long check in wait with only 1 person on desk and a large group checking in in front of us. Bedroom wasnt the cleanest.

The rooms are clean, everything is cleaned, the restaurant and the view from the window are beautiful, and the water in the pool is warm and clean, the ocean is nearby and the water in it is turquoise and warm????

The pool in the tropical palm trees garden and the all inclusive meals. Also, location was fine with a direct beach access.

arrived home from work at 6.30 am, had a do not disturb sign on the door. was woken up at 10am by a really loud noise which lasted over an hour until I had to leave it was so loud. I went to reception they said sorry and a manager would contact me. no manager contacted me. messaged them threw booking.com and they sent no apology. they said they can make as much noise as they need to even if a do not disturb sign is up. but this was 10am on a Saturday morning. wish I could upload the video so you can hear how loud it was from inside the room.

We had three wonderful weeks at hotel Alte Marine and we hope we can come again.Brekfast and dinner was very good there is no problem to finde somthing to ert.Very conventient location and the Beach at the door

The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was very tasty, varied and plentiful. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. Everything was very perfect. The hotel was in great place near the beach.

Nice and clean. Lovely palms and cacti decorating the garden, pool area and even lobby. Very close to a perfect beach. Staff always cheerful, courteous and helpful.

We had all inclusive packet. Breakfeasts, lunches and dinmers were excellent. Also bufet next to pools and bars were also plus.

The chess figures could be repaired. Some of them are damaged.
