Good food, modern facilities

The cleaning staff needs training.They speak loudly ( almost scream) on the hallway at 07.30 a.m.I was waiting to toast some bread a cleaning staff cane and begin to sweep the floor between me and the toaster, then I sat on a chair on the terrace, a staff began to sweep the floor between me and table....Come on guys, maybe the cleaning staff are under too much pressure to do their job but it shouldn't be at the expense of disturbing the customers....

We had a fabulous time from start to finish. The food was particularly exceptional. probably the best food selection we have ever seen at any 5 star resort with things like aged steak, oysters and even lobster on the menu on some of the days. The pool area (non prestige) is also nice with a drinks truck and also central bar. Food and drink galore. Exceptional sea views and easy beach access. The hotel is hard to fault.

As we say, the hotel is hard to fault, but there could be a little bit of a better vibe in the pool and other communal areas during the daytime. There is no music so it feels very silent at times. This is good for people trying to sleep and relax but at least some gentle music could be on in the background. The do not disturb signs fly off the door handle due to the wind so you need to think of a better solution to keep them in place.

The staff were superb. The food choice was excellent. A really lovely experience in a top class hotel. Our room was a sea view and was beautiful. The star prestige is worth it.

It is a beautiful resort. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and good food freshly cooked in front of us.

Winter pool temperature is 25C that is ok for a swim but it would be nice if one of the smaller pools was heated up more. Pools are almost empty because of the cold water. In my favourite tenerife resort they have the smallest pool heated up and also a warm outdoor jacuzzi.Allergen labelling for food is very inconsistent, almost useless. I avoid gluten and I often had to take a guess. Luckily i am not allergic.

The buffet was amazing, fresh and great selection, the gym was super(I liked that it was open 24/7), and the staff was super friendly.

I stayed for 5 nights and upgraded to a room with a partial sea view, which I regretted. The room was located on a main road, and the noise from passing cars, buses, and trucks disturbed my sleep throughout the stay.Another issue was with the shower. Every time I used it, water would leak all over the bathroom floor, despite the glass panel meant to prevent it. This left the floor wet most of the time, which was unpleasant. I reported the problem to reception a couple of times, but it seems they couldn’t do anything about it. From the condition of the walls, it’s clear this issue has been ongoing for some time.Additionally, the room didn’t have any tea or a kettle, and only 4 coffee capsules were provided for the entire stay. If you want 4 more, it costs an extra 6 euros. These might seem like small things, but for a 5-star hotel, I expected more attention to detail.

If you want a vacation with wonderful food and great service (Thanks Lita!), this is a great hotel to go to in south Fuerteventura . We ate both breakfast and dinner in the hotel, and for all of us (my wife and daughters) the food was varied and delicious. The hotel also has activities during the day, lovely pools and beach access.

The hotel is in the south and most of the attractions in the are in the north part of the island

* doors to the room not working, the handle needs to be moved in a special way* no heating* breakfast/dining are super packed* terrible desserts* called to reception multiple times, no answer, finally rather rudely told that they can't speak to me at that moment* SPA area is a tiny pool, sauna and a broken steam room, not even a jacuzzi* outdoor pool very small and pool area completely packed* for double rooms seems that the view is either facing north and a parking lot, or facing west and a very noisy highway

The audience of the hotel if mostly Germans, which makes the vibe of the place totally weird. It was very uncomfortable having everybody staring at us all the time every time we enter some place (like the restaurant or pool area). I was wondering what the hell was wrong with us to have them following us with their eyes all the time lol.

Food was excellent but it was like 'canteen dining on small closely set tables.Prompt apology from Duty Manager and her (Anna's) effort to compensate below deficiencies.

Our room was deficient in a number of respects. It should never have been offered to us.1. Shaving mirror hanging off wall, secured by one screw.2. No shower mat presenting a serious fall hazard on slippery shower floor.3. Safe inoperative - batteries flat.3. Plastic rail on balcony wall loose.The room was showing signs of wear and tear. Peeling laminate on furniture, cheap uncomfortable plastic chair on balcony.The furniture and fittings around the hotel were not up to 5 star standard, bar seating not comfortable.Having just come from the 5 Star Secrets, Bahia the contrast between the two was stark.

Nice place, close to nice beach. We enjoyed our meals. Very friendly staff.

I don't usually write reviews, but me and my family were really happy about our stay. The food was exceptionally good and for once the all-inclusive package was worth it even if you don't want to spend all day drinking. All the staff were nice and helpful, the beach is beautiful. Thank you

Probably the best location one can find on Fuerteventura with a great beach in front of the hotel and a perfect view of the ocean. Staff very nice and helpful, doing their best. The food was really great, all inclusive option has a very decent selection of alcohols.

Dirty glasses and plates! That's really a no-go in a 5 star hotel! Too small restaurant, so we were waiting for a table, especially at dinner time.

Personnel is very pleasant, location - beach is perfect, nice concerts in hotel at the evening, food is delicious and different on particular days, like sushi day, pizza day, seafood. Room is very spacious and comfortable, personnel is very attentive to the needs. Sometimes surprize with gift. In Morro Jable town there are nice restaurants, but there are almost nothing at the hotel place, so you need to walk to the city or the enjoy nice food at hotel restaurant, glad it was really good and possible to try something local.

Since I took half board meal (breakfast and dinner) it would be lovely to have free coffee & snacks at room, instead of paid. Since it's five star hotel. However no complains, just a suggestion.
