The set up,the energy of the staff

Some details,the safe in the room is not included,that is not acceptable,the beach towel issue is understandable because of customers behavior but the safe ???

Just back from our 1 week stay (with a 8yo kid), would have gladly stayed longer! Big room with a balcony and a kitchenette, very clean, comfortable beds, AC, amazing staff and animation team, and great food - every day something different but always delicious. As all Iberostars, great for kids, although better for smaller kids (perfect up to 8, maybe less for bigger kids). Close to the sea, but not much to do around.

The tables at the restaurant are very close to each other, with not much wince to circulate to the buffet, and very little space to eat outside despite the amazing weather.

The staff was wonderful very helpful and attentive. The kids pool was good. The food have lots of variety and good presentation.

Saw a cockroach in the room. Everything else was great. Will definitely return.

Lovely property with a choice of 3 pools, sun beds etc poolside restaurant was our favourite so we ate there every night Entertainment for young kids was fabulous & great quality with motivated staffFood & drinks were high quality All staff were super friendly & helpful

Main restaurant was very like a canteen… it’s a shame the poolside restaurant couldn’t be used for breakfast Distance from town was further than we expected but used electric bikes My teenager needed a lot encouragement to join activities which was a shame because he didn’t really join in !

Liked everything. Everything was great. The food and hotel staff were outstanding.

The only negative thing was that you have to pay a deposit for a kettle ?. The hotel was quiet pricey. Why not include the kettle .

Best hotel for families. Perfect system of all inclusive, amazing pool area, wonderful beach which is just a very short walking distance, spacious room, good evening entertainment for both kids and adults and very tasty and sufficiant variety of food. Loved it ♥️

The staff everywhere in the hotel was super nice and helpful which makes the experience very pleasant. Ideal hotel for a family holiday, lots of things for the kids to do and also activities for the adults if you have the time. Very pleased with the food in general, great breakfast, great lunch and great dinner. Me and my family have really enjoyed this holiday and we almost haven't left the hotel, as we had everything there.

Nothing in particular that I didn't like, if I have to comment on it, I would say the triturated tomato, (that you typically put on your toast, if you are Spanish) it was on a big bowl, so you serve on your plate, there should be some small bowls so you can put it in there and take it to your table so you can spread on your bread. I used the little pots for the ketchup that were on the other side of the food area. So that is my only complaint. Not so bad.

Kind and nice staff. Special mention to waitress Marie, who was really kind to our 9 persons group. Kids loved the animation and adults liked the aquagym. Great pools!

Room needed an update but clean and comfortable. Food was repetitive but big choice. Entertainment was good. Good choice of branded drinks.

Ultimate all-inclusive. Variety and quality are so good that even hurt you as over the whole stay your poor soul is always in temptation. Drinks are included as well. Our room faced to wasteland used as spontaneous parking but it caused no discomfort at all. Room's, facilities' condition is... decent. Not new but clean and working. No claim.A thing to do: hotel is located near Pico de la Zarza - the highest point of the island. There is 8ish km, 800D+ hiking route to there. It's worth visiting imho

1. Beach towels are provided but exchange schedule is quite complicated2. The second pool is not heated and it's really cold. So in fact only one, the heated, pool is available in February3. The hotel is quite far from everything. There's not much life outside. It's not a downside, just a fact

All inclusive service exceptional, pools perfect for kids, only wifi had interruptions sometimes. Extra bed on couch was not so confortable and noisy. Otherwise one of our best family holidays.

would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath. But certainly not a deal breaker

The feeling was very welcome. Clean, nice food, friendly staff. nice view, beach is not far. heated pool is very pleasant (especially in December) but I used other pools too. the fact that the food and drinks are available whole day is very nice.

too far from airport, taxi is around €100 one way. Rooms are very dated, but clean! indoor pool is not included in price even on all inclusive option! bedding on sofa bed constantly was crumbled away, so basically every night I slept on naked sofa… strange system for changing pool towels - you can’t change it every day.

The staff were very nice and helpful and made you feel very welcome.The attention to detail was good, they had lotion, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner all in the room. A glass container to help yourself to water from the dispensers in each hallway. The food was nice and varied, multiple different bars and places to eat, help yourself drinks with spirits and soft drinks, wine and beer. It was beautiful to look out at the pool area and the sea from your room.

The air con and mini fridge could have been colder but really it was fine

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Great location very near to the beach. Amazing wines, food and service.

Hotel has amazing selection of food, every day there was a different theme for the dinner: Mexican, Asian, Seafood etc. The pool is heated. We have really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was amazing! We got a glass on champaign when checking in and even got a room upgrade. We had the all inclusive offer and breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. Amazing daily offers and drinks all day long - they left all of the bottles at your disposal so you can have a drink whenever you wanted and create your own cocktails! They had breakfast from 08:00 until 10:30, then another continental breakfast at the pool bar from 10:30 to 12:00pm. Lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 and snacks and cakes from 15:00 to 17:00, of course, drinks all day long! We were there in February and one outside pool was heated so you could definitely swim. The sea water was a bit more fresh but you can also definitely go in!The staff was so friendly and nice and helpful. On the day of check out we could still hang by the pool until our flight at 6pm and had lunch included that day. The gym is small but practical and needs to be booked in advance because of Covid (you can book it one hour in advance though so it's not inconvenient). It is very close to the beach and the pool area was clean and spacious.

Very weak animations, problem with check -in that was not what we asked before arriving - it means we asked for a high floor but got the ground floor . Although the booking sent the confirmation of respecting our request we had to spend first night on the ground floor.
