Location, the Atlantic ocean nearby, mountain views, great spacious rooms, great staff and buffet and a very calm and quiet place all together made it a very welcome and special stay in winter times. Very nice temperatures 22C

Suggestion could be to consider dimming light options for evening dinners for what is now a very bright place

Spacious modern apartment, comfortable beds , terrace with sea view , short walk to the beach & centre of Costa Calma , ideal location for exploring the south of fuerteventura

No double beds

Great place, we were there for kiting in July. Loved the friendly staff, great room for a family of four, best to get sea view. Good great and fun and friendly staff.

Beautiful pool. Great location close to beaches (although a limited selection of restaurants). (We didn't try the onsite restaurant, but it looked nice.) Room was really nice. Lots of space and clean. Nice kitchenette (they don't provide many cutlery/dishes, but you can ask for more). There is no oven, however. Sun loungers by the room, nice sea view.

Just note that it can be very windy and the wind isn't particularly warm.

Having been given the same apartment as our last stay, we could not be happier...the view, the apartment all perfect

The pool seemed a little chilly.

The location was great, the pool was lovely and clean and quiet. Great view from our terrace, and the staff were all friendly

The spa was closed unless you booked it and there were no yoga classes as advertised on booking.com, also the shop was closed, there was no bar and the restaurant was closed at lunchtime . The beds were 2 singles pushed together which easily parted meaning one of you ended up on the floor!

The stay at the hotel was very nice, the breakfasts were very good and varied. Very quiet hotel, a few minutes' walk to the beach, sandy beach.

The bar doesn't open long enough for an evening drink, you have to go to the hotel opposite.

Location, balcony, pool

The breakfast didn't meet our expectations. There was plenty, and also quite a choice of different things. But qualitywise it really wasn't what we expected. For example, they prepare your eggs/omelettes etc still with eggs classified as "3", meaning you're eating eggs from cage raised chicken there - in Belgium, it isn't even allowed anymore to sell such eggs...

The room was large and clean

The Gym was appalling and poorly equipped. All of the machinery was either not working or faulty. One static bicycle was actually dangerous to use, it kept jamming when I got it up to speed and could easily damage an ankle. The only functioning thing I could use was the free weights. It was not possible to use the gym when the Yoga class was being held. The Yoga class was excellent when available however, in the ten day I was there only two classes were available to me as there was no teacher for most of my stay. I believe you mis sold the facility and I was left very disappointed.

Lovely place for family holiday. Close to the beach and restaurants. Amazing stuff always happy to help.

The pool area is too exposed to wind. Ok to swim but small kids may not like the wind and water of the pool is "only" 24 deg celciusThe dinner buffet is average, used only once. Was ok as we did not select half board

Rooms were big - lots of space for families. It included a big fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, TV with Disney channel. The pool was good too.

Food quality was quite poor - canned fruits, dry meat, cheap low quality foods were used. Some of the foods smelled funny too, e.g. rice. The quality of food in this hotel was not as expected from such a hotel / price paid. Also, cocroaches roamed near bread stall and plates. We spotted two big ones which completely destroyed our appetite. Kids didn't like the deserts at all which says a lot as they'd be all over chocolate/ice cream and things like this, yet after a bite they would reject it. This wasn't the same when we went to local restaurants to eat as food quality was a lot better and fresh.

Staff are wonderful Breakfast and dinner room lovely . Food very nice . Reception staff so helpful and friendly.
