The hotel area is very big but beautiful with a lot of plants and palm trees. Close to the sea. Good food and plenty. Main big pool was fine but there is a smaller one with the slide which is great. Very nice and helpful staff. Best mohitos:)

Booked apartment, paid extra and given a double room, no refund for difference in rate paid. Building is old and in need of refurb/repair bed is so uncomfortable! Didn’t have room at the pool bar and refused service frog marched to pay €2 for coffee … shocking

The biggest asset of this resort must be the staff. Every single member of the staff we encountered was absolutely lovely and helpful. Room was spacey and comfortable, ocean was near by and food was good. Straight ten out of ten!

The free wifi - which is only available in the main hall - is very slow.I can't comment on the paid one, I didn't try.

Location

I booked a sea view room with a balcony but got a ground floor room with no view and no privacy and girl at the reception refused to change it. Toilet was blocked. Lights didn't work.

the staff, location for a beach holiday, catering and facilities were excellent

We didn’t get the higher level room we booked and paid for according to our room details and photo on booking and there was no wifi in the room although we paid the extra which was refunded, we assume someone else had complained about their room and was given ours before we arrived, on complaining we were told that no other rooms were available. our room was dark, on the ground floor with no net curtain so anyone passing could see in unless we drew the blackout curtain.

It is written there would be bidet in the bathroom, but they do not have a single one and booking.com seems to refuse making them take responsibility for the lies.

The view and the food were great. The location was amazing, near the beach. Very quiet area.

The Internet connection is so weak. Even if you buy the WiFi access for €7 a day, it isn't working.

The light in the bathroom went just before we went for dinner around 6.30pm. We did not expect that it would be fixed the same evening, but by 8pm the replacement was made! We were very impressed.

For me the mattress was too hard, but this is only personal preference.

we were overbooked. It was our first holiday for three years as we have both been seriously ill. It was hugely disappointing.We managed to get moved for night number three, but we would like a refund for the two first night we are out of you was off somebody else’s bedroom window.

Direct access to the beach

The room service wasn't really cleaning the bathroom, just exchanging the towels. And actually it was dirty already when I arrived. My room was on the same level as the pool and sometimes, due to the parties, it was quite loud even until late hours. I had cockroaches in my room, and I'm pretty sure bed bugs as well - every morning I was waking up with new small red dots on my body and there were no mosquitos there. The food in the hotel was disappointing as well, poor quality.

good location, lovely beach, good outside pool area, small room massage ‘spa’ as they call it but ok massage.

bad sun beds, I have back pain even now from them, serving drinks in plastic cups, no drink orders by the pool area even though everything was all inclusive. staff over worked, some lack of friendliness. worst game area room I even been , sealing smashed with holes from the pool table, over aged machines without any updates for years.

the booking did not work through booking.com,. The hotel charged extra for the children because for them a person aged over 1 is an adult and must pay as such.

Location and room

The hotel was nice but if it's busy ( which it was on our visit ) then space in the dining area was not adequate and there were not enough sun loungers, the rooms were tired looking.
