The view was nice :)

One would expect a bit more from a **** hotel. There were toiletries in the bathroom, but no soap which was a bit surprising, maybe it was just overlooked. Also, there was a visible layer of dust under the bed, visible even if you aren't trying that much to see it. It would be fine from a *** or a budget hotel.

There was a problem with the temp of a sauna, and so they eventually agreed to not charge me for the use of the spa.

The only reason I booked was to use the spa and get warm. I was on a boat in the Harbour and could have stayed on the boat, but it was cold and I wanted to have a nice hot sauna/steam to warm up. When I got into the spa, the steam room was cold. I asked them to come take a look and at first they said it was normal temp, but then after I told them I left the spa they kindly agreed to give me my 12€ back. Unfortunately the room was 200€, and all I wanted was to have a nice warm spa.

The food in the restaurant was awful! We were there with a group of 12 so 6 rooms.

Very nice property in a great location. The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating.

Nice facilities, clean.Really enjoyed the balcony. Location is wonderful if you are a tourist.Breakfast is ok, but if you stay for long it gets too repetitive.Nice to have a restaurant inside hôtel - had lunch couple of times and loved each of it.

Location convenient for exploring the area by train especially with the €10 ticket. More a business hotel with short stays of a night or two.

Beds uncomfortable with very thick and creased plastic mattress covers. Room had a nesspresso coffee maker but hotel charged for capsules. Mean policy,

very bad soundproofing. my neighbors was playing football at 9 in the room with kids and every single noise was heard at my room. spa zone is not free an this is not mentioned anywhere on booking. breakfast is 2+ out of 5.

It was nice that it was on the water. There were several restaurants very close, which was convenient. I was a little disappointed. There was a convention going on while we were there so the evening we arrive we weren’t able to use the restaurant. We went to the bar had a couple drinks and had some amazing steamed muscles.

Well, being at hotels, we always have luggage. There were no luggage racks in the rooms at least in my room. I don’t wanna put my luggage on the floor. I have to lean over. I went downstairs and asked for one they said they didn’t have them. Surprised the bathroom didn’t have any wash cloths or a small bars of soap at the sink Only in the shower they had body wash, which was nice. Sunrise on the beach were nice.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, from the front desk staff being flexible and friendly, the manager of breakfast being attentive and pleasantly quirky, and the cleaning staff going above and beyond to meet and anticipate our needs. I truly enjoyed almost every aspect of our stay. The location is perfect and provides access to a variety of dining choices, a convenience store within 5 minutes walking, and a metro station with reliable service 5 minutes away. The beaches within walking distance are the reason we never used the pool. The sand is ideal for me, the beaches not too crowded even on Saturday and the water clean and fairly clear. If you get a chance, walk a bit into Mataró and find the Arepas shop!

The one issue is that the rooms are not exactly soundproofed as advertised when the doors are closed. Similarly, if you have loud neighbors, the balcony loses it’s appeal. The shower in room 229 leaks in a strange way, with water pooling on the floor of the far side of the sink as you shower. This might be something that can be fixed.

Facilities like the gym, pool, bar, and location. The lounge areas were good for relaxing and remote work, if needed. Internet was good enough and available in all areas including poolside. Breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable.

Rooms were not soundproof. You could easily hear conversations and the neighbours walking around, even barefoot.

I booked this hotel hoping for a massage however she was on her holidays would be good if they had two so if one is on vacation they’d have someone to cover. Also another recommendation the pool would be nice if the water was warm for swimming for the evenings as it gets dark quicker so even tho pool is open till 9 the water would be cold.

- 30mins drive from Barcelona to be factored in - In an awkward place next to the train tracks so you have to drive/walk across tunnels to get anywhere
