We stayed there with our big family and had a wonderful time — the hotel offered spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and everything was perfectly organized to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable — we would definitely come back and can highly recommend it!

Room can be cleaner

The hotel is very conveniently located, in the centre of the city. It is very clean and has got a very nice interior design. I stayed in the Luxury room on the first floor and it was just great. The restaurant and the terrace are very pleasant to the eye, the breakfast was nice and they have a big selection of food for lunch and dinner. The staff is amazingly friendly, they were super helpful with everything, I really enjoyed staying there. I definitely recommend this hotel!!!

The smell of tobacco even if there was a non-smoking room. The shower did not work properly as the water accumulated in the basin and we were told that it's like that from construction and cannot be fixed. The noise due to the room facing the boulevard while the hotel is listed as being located on a parallel street.

The hotel was not so far from the places I wanted to visit

Unfortunately, it was given only 1 access card, and each time someone had to exit the room and, if by mistake, retrieve the card, the other person had to stay without tv ot A/C.Even if I stayed on the 3rd floor, the windows or the balcony door weren't isolating the outside noise, and I could hear the car alarms outside or the people speaking on the street.

Staff was not really friendly in the bar, also minibar in room was empty, we could not even get water at night.

Friendly staff. Great bar/restaurant attached. Rooms were quiet and clean. Well air conditioned.

It’s not in a great part of town but you need to stick with it before you get there. Only one small complaint. They need to reprogramme the coffee machine. It only serves espresso, double espresso and cappuccino. They need to add a long black programme. As I said, a small complaint.

The placing of the property is good and the drink are great but as a family with kids passing in the city i would not recomand the hotel.The rooms are not clean enough to be honest, a bit of dust/stains/and the bathrooms are a bit used (clean but you can see that they need to be ramade) bed is good and confortable.Breakfast even if we paied for it we didnt got it, it was our mistake that we arrived a bit late and didnt catch it, but the staff was helpfull and they give us something for the kids to eat. Ok staying but defently i would chose another place to stay as a family.
