Desilva Inn Katowice Airport

Good value for money. When you pick up your luggage, you call the shuttle bus and he comes within 20 minutes.

It was just one night stay before my flight. Staff was fantastic, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good food, great coffee

The only complaint, my tv wasn’t working, as I was told, they switched to new system and wasn’t connected properly yet

Nice clean quiet

Location and parking lot for extended time.

Unfortunately hotel is under remodeling and restaurant wasn't available. Not a really big deal and it's temporary

After arriving the speed of checkin was great.

The lobby is undergoing building refurbishment. A lot of dust from dry wall construction. We were charged for parking without notice.

Close to the airport.Very nice staff.

Just a place to sleep, nothing to do around, no bar or restaurant in the hotel, no heating in the room

Distance from airport and service help

The room and bedding were dirty with the last guests hair. The building was heavily under construction not shown in recent photos. Price was very high for what you get.

Comfortable beds, warm room, good sized bathroom, nice staff, kettle and tea/coffee to make in the room.

The complimentary airport shuttle was excellent. The telephone was answered immediately and mini bus arrived within a few minutes. Check-in was simple and speedy - perfect at 2am in the morning.

The hotel has seen better days and appears to be undergoing extensive renovations. This did not limit our experience or cause us any problems but it is in need of a facelift which is quite clearly underway.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. delicious breakfast and restaurant top class.

The room was very clean, bed was very soft which I wouldn't usually complain about however it didn't feel intentionally soft more like well used. Bathroom was nice and clean. Staff were friendly!

The breakfast charge was quite expensive in comparison to other places and to go back to the airport we were charged (reasonable fee) but in other places this is just part of the service without an additional charge.

All was very good brilliant staff frindlly and helpfull nice and clean rooms with clean driking water and nice tea

Peace and quiet clean rooms and nice breakfast

The staff were friendly.

The heat in the building, too hot. Ac didn't work in room. Bed was small for a double bed and my partner slept on sofa bed due to the size .

Close to the airport, comfortable bed, no plastic bottles, free water

Bathroom was not clean and drain couldn’t handle the water from the shower so whole bathroom was wet. Extra payment of 25 PLN for the shuttle bus to the airport is a bit high, especially what you have to pay for one night

The room was smaller than expected,Very little space between double bed and the wall. Room was clean and beds comfortable.Very tasty food in the hotel's restaurant, but far too long have to wait for the food to be served, even there were only few customers and we ordered salad.Shuttle available from the hotel to and from the airport.

Room too small. Too long have to wait for the food in the restaurant.

Good location close to airport

The shower head and drain were not working properly. Mattress not comfortable

Location. It's close to the airport. Breakfast was expensive, but somehow tasty.

Reception was bad and not polite. This hotel tries to warm rooms by using very poor air conditioners which are about to die (or already dead). Air conditioner was not working and the room was cold. My colleague also suffered from the same problem. Lady in the reception has said that she would take care of it, she asked for our room numbers and we told, however nobody contacted us and we had to take care of ourselves during the night. Very expensive hotel for such a bad service.

Location is perfect for catching an early flight in the morning or for late arrivals in the evening. Breakfast is outstanding comparing the price paid and the level of the hotel.

Our room 109 had an issue with the water pipes making a constant noise through the night. We were dead tired so we managed to sleep however it could be an issue for some people. The reception staff is friendly so I'm positive that if we wanted we could have changed the room.

Silence and proffessional service. I'm happy with price/quality ratio

Small rooms

Shuttle bus all night. Free water and tea.

Very loud air conditioning thats working nonstop. Very outdated
