Holiday Park Olive Tree

Such a beautiful spot! While it is a short trip out of town, it is well worth it. It was so peaceful here & the staff were all so welcoming. The breakfast was amazing!!

The location is so unique, rich in natural beauty and history. The host and all of the staff are polite and friendly, they work so hard to ensure guests have a comfortable staff. The breakfast buffet on offer is full of fresh ingredients. When they knew we would be checking out too early for breakfast on our last day they went out of their way to make us sandwiches to take with us.

Wonderful setting in the middle of a very old olive tree grove overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The view was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We arranged a seafood dinner that was cooked perfectly and extremely delicious as well.

The place has a stunning sea view from the terrace. It is very quiet and serene, in the shade of many olive trees. It must be amazing in hot summer nights. Overall, good job to our host, very nice guy.

Great place! beautiful view. Delicious breakfasts and very nice service.The owner is a lovely man with a heart of gold. In the complex you can meet friendly cats, they are very clean and well-kept. I love animals and they made my stay better. I will definitely come back to this place!

I liked everything

Quiet place to relax for a day or two.

Road leading to the villas was unpaved and narrow for two cars. Around 500-800 metres of bumpy road, and you have to drive really slow not to damage your car. Overall, it felt like the place was a bit overpriced.

Fabulous location if you seek peace and relaxation. The host is very kind and helpful. The olive grove is really a magical garden. Breakfast was delicious.

Cats at the property can be disturbing, as they shamelessly try to get your food even if you are still eating.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this location. We were in one of the cabins and for what it was it was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, the room was immaculate, the pressure in the shower was perfect, breakfast was brought out and presented really nicely on a table. Disappointed we only stayed two nights.

The lane to the park was a bit rough

It is a beautiful spot with great views and easy access to Ulcinj. The facilities are clean and modern and the owner Edin was great and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious too.

There are a lot of cats but which want your food!

The hotel location is incredibly beautiful. It is surrounded by hundreds, if not thousands of olive trees. It is very quiet and relaxing area.

Unfortunately, you do not get what you pay for. Overall, I found that the hotel owners/managers are not interested in keeping the hotel at least up to average standards, so it is run in a very negligent way. We had stayed there for 7 days, and our room was simply never cleaned. Forget about change of towels, glasses etc. Not even once were the rubbish bins emptied. The breakfast might look good on photos, but it mostly consists of dry pastries. It starts at 09:30 AM and ends around 10 AM. Plates do not get refilled, so if you come after 09:30 you just get what is left. That is it. The coffee at breakfast was very bad. There is also no still water offered at the breakfast. Once I asked for it and got already opened half-empty bottle with words: “Is it ok?". They also apparently re-cook the rests of the breakfast and serve them in a different dish the next day (They offer zucchini bites with the sauce above, and we found what looked like old parts of them in a vegetable ragout). It is obviously not what you expect to get, when you pay for a hotel in this price range, let alone it is simply unhygienic. Hotel also offers dinner that you can pre-order. The food you get is very average quality, but they charge a lot for it. Overall, the hotel positions itself as deluxe/premium place, but it does not live up to it. It charges way too much for what you really get.

A place where you can really relax in the shadow of olive trees. Good bungalows, hammocks everywhere, an amazing breakfast and good chef for the night (on demand). Small cats everywhere keeping busy the children also. Friendly owners able to accomodate most of our requests.

Our bungalow had a problem with the shower which was not able to keep the water inside, flooding all the bathroom. A shared kitchen would have helped a lot.

It is inside a plantation of olive trees. Spectacular view of the sea and best playground for your kids if you love cats. Also breakfast is fantastic

Parking is so so due to the position

We had a fabulous time! We had a tent and it was super cute. The fish we had for dinner was amazing. The staff were really nice. Breakfast was fantastic!

The next time I come I will take a car as it is far from the center of Ulcinj! Hard to use taxis etc. But this is also a positive as it is remote and very relaxing!

Amazing breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. Great location to relax and enjoy the surrounding. Since it's not super close to a beach to pool is a bonus.

Very happy with everything, just the mattress was a bit hard for me but others might like it.

Food was amazing, we asked if we could take a dinner on location and we had fish with alot of herbs in it, and some vegetables. Was very good! 10/10

Amazing place for a deep, full of pleasure resting. This lovely place have source ina a olive grove, when the oldest tree is 1000 years old! All of tem: views,food, pool, wild nature, brillant people makes this place unique on the entire map of wonderful Montenegro

Peaceful hotel with incredible view. The olive trees surrounding the property give your stay a nostalgic feeling, with zero noise from the city, and you can stargazing from one of the hammocks.Delicious generous breakfast every morning from the best spot in the property, facing the sea.Owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They helped us from the very beginning and never let us down.Big plus, it's pet friendly!

Staff were phenomenaly nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious. Couldn't ask for more. Also the air was so fresh and the location enchanting.
