The views are stunning and set right on the cliffs to dive into the water. 5-10 minute walk to the old town which is picturesque

The food is ordered into the hotel and the shop is around 10-15 minute walk away. Its a very tight road to access the hotel. We went by taxi which was fine. Not sure I couldve tackled that on my own. This wouldnt suit those needing wheelchair access etc.

Excellent, private beach, friendly staff and generous hospitality.

The staff deserves praise. They are always there when you need them and always discreet, they went above and beyond to help with any requests we had and were great communicators. Also the selection of background music in the lobby area was spot on and created a very relaxing atmosphere.

The only thing I can think of is stronger Wi Fi signal.

The place was spacious, well located and clean. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. There is a small private beach that belongs to the hotel where guests can enjoy a day in sun and swim in very quiet waters. While the hotel does not have a restaurant it provides an abundant breakfast and they strive to provide anything you ask for so for instance if you state that they coffee is not hot enough they inmediately bring you an expresso a macchiato or anything you like to make you happy. When I say they go above and beyond, one day the battery of the car I rented the staff gave me a jump start in a matter of minutes and even refused to take a tip for it. Unheard off honestly. I strongly recommend the place for a few days of relaxation and quiet time while enjoying the sea. Very fairly priced, family run and excellent overall!

The staff is nice and helpful. The views are gorgeous. Facilities are good. Breakfast was adequate and delicious.

There is no restaurant. No vending machines. The city life is 20 mins walk way. Nearby public beach was filthy. There is no private beach. Just a pontoon. Considering the price for this cul-de-sac place 20 euro charge for beach beds and towel is outrageous. The kitchen had a tiny miserable pot for boiling one cup of water. No coffee, tea or cups to make tea at least.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

Hotel rooms looks much better on photos than in reality Very low lighting in rooms Unpleasant smell in room especially in the bathroom Outdoor air-conditioning unit is placed next to bedroom at balcony, so it is very loud when it is on The beach and sunbeds was dirty People leaves their towels on the sunbeds so there can be a problem to find a free one The biggest disappointment was that the photos of the beach and breakfast here on booking do not correspond to reality.There were not sunbeds nor sandy beach opposite the hotel. The breakfast did not include any croissants or sweet bakery. Certainly not worthy of 4 stars.

Road to hotel is one of the worst I have ever seen. Barely enough room for one vehicle and on top of that if you meet one going the opposite direction, one has to back up till you find a spot that both can pass. Bedrooms were small dark and dingy. One shower did not work, bidet did not work, no soap dishes or hooks for towels anywhere. just to list a few. Breakfast was horrible. We were booked for 13 days and left after 2 because we were miserable. It was so bad that we even forfeited our remaining payment of which most likely never get back. Very disappointed with Booking because they were not able to help with getting some of the money back. Lastly, the good reviews that are online for this property are either BS or written by people that don't travel much and don't know any better.

Nice hotel directly at the sea with its own beach. At night open your windows and listen to the sound of the waves - and nothing else. The breakfast is on the roof terrace with a nice view, a proper selection and a good quality. The room met all expectations and the staff was super-friendly and helpful. Cautionary notice for people travelling with their own car: the hotel is at the end of a longer, narrow one-lane road and not so easy to reach. Don't let yourself be daunted, you'll get there and it's worth it.

Locates nicely on a private beach, very friendly staff.

This is more an apartment hotel. The place needs renovation, and rooms need maintenance.

Location location location. We had the most relaxing stay swimming in the crystal waters and lounging on the hotels sun beds. very short walk to the amazing old town and its many restaurants and views over the sea and town. But best of all were the staff who made this our most enjoyable stay in our spacious apartment.

Mediterraneo Limans setting is extraordinary on it own private beach perched on the side of the cliffs over looking the azure waters of Adriatic Sea. The welcome even at 10:15pm was warm, friendly, two cold beers, and we got upgraded to a lovely two bedroom suite with a living room/ kitchen and full balcony over looking the setting moon + the sea in the morning. Very nice Breakfast on the top floor open patio facing the sea with a nice breeze onshore. I am personally coming back for certain - wonderful place.

our apartment was comfortable, the bed was great, the view was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, the terrace was large and where we spent most of our timel

there were only two things: the beach had big pebbles and wasnt so comfortable, and the kitchen wssvmissing some of the things one would expect to see, including a cutting board and a big knife. We just bought our own.

Extremely clean and wonderful staff, they made our stay 10x better. This is my second time here and it will not be my last! Perfect for friends and even for family 10/10 i recommend.

The staff were amazinf and they treated each and every request we had. Definitely the best in town!

The pictures on booking.com were absolutely misleading. The amenities were outdated and tv was old too, only Slavic channels.

The room was large and well equipped and modern design but a bit rough around the edges.The front desk staff was excellent couldn't be more helpful The location was a short walk uphill to the old city maybe 10 mins along narrow street along the water Very quiet area with its own little bayThe room could use a deeper clean but loved the location and good ac and big balcony and view, thought it was good for the price we paid.

The beach and the sea views are great. We got a room upgrade. Good location close to old town.

The Apartment wasnt clean. Shower and bathroom smell disgustingly. Kitchen wasnt well equipped, we didnt even have plates. Breakfast wasnt very good, and they only had three tables outside. The whole hotel felt like it will (or should) be shut down soon: jacuzzi wasnt working, there were random electronic devices, cables etc. everywhere. No laundry service, though they claimed to have. The staff did their best, but having only two employees to take care of a whole hotel says a lot. Definitely not a 4* hotel. Not recommend.

On arrival we were given a bigger and better apartment which was really well equipped and clean. The front desk guy was super helpful - thanks again for that. We had access to a nice beach in front of the hotel. The Old Town is really close to the hotel.

The terrace was missing something like clotheshorse.
