The staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. The location was perfect, close to both the conference center and downtown.

The breakfast was good overall, but the choices were somewhat limited, and the towels in the room were not changed daily. It would also be great if rooms were equipped with a water-heating kettle.

Renovation works some of it major demolition (of the old lift shaft and an internal wall). Lobby partially obstructed during day with building materials and workmen. Lounge, dinning room and corridors covered by dust. Fire alarm being activated and running for a considerable time. In my opinion the hotel should not have been open during this phase of the work.

Not much , In the city center and I received great tips from the young lady at reception.

Smallest shower I have ever seen in any kind of hotel. No elevator functioning. And of course didn’t say at the time of booking.

The lift wasn't working in fact it hadn't been working for a long time. It was not very convenient as our room was located on the fourth floor. The booking confirmation clearly stated that the lift renovation would be completed by 15 December 2024 and we were now March 2025!

The state of the bathroom shower the floor tiles were in disarray and had a hole in the floor and the plaster was coming of the wall

Absolutely nothing besides leaving the building

The fact that the shower floor was rotten and broken (had a hole in the floor and moved up and down), The fact that the air quality was so bad it was genuinely not good for your health to stay in there for longer then 15 minutes, the fact that the toilet was clogged since before we arrived, the fact that the staff constantly lied to me/ misinformed me about everything possible, the fact that i got offered another room with the same completely unacceptable air quality, the fact they stole 150€ from me, the fact they didn’t actually let me cancel my reservation despite what i had been thru already, the fact that despite me calling booking . Com, they still kept lying and didnt even pick up the phone when booking . Com tried to contact them, list goes on endlessly, i can write an entire essay about how freaking terrible this hotel is in every way. NO ONE should ever stay in their hotel ever again. absolutely horrible experience all together.

Breakfast is not worth the price. Very minimal options, even the water they serve is not even from the bottle.

Nice rooms, elevator, the hotel is just 10 min walking distance to the Castle and the old city.

Strange smell in the lobby, no bathtub, very basic rooms.

The room had a strong smell of sewage and the sofa bed mattress was dusty and there was hair all on the pillow.

Tired looking room and hotel in general. Missing and broken items in room and a TV that didn't work properly..

Very last minute booking as we had to leave the previously booked accommodation. We got a small but clean room and the accommodation was ideally situated in the centre of the town and was easily walkable to points of interest, shops and restaurants

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcome

There was a slight musty smell in the corridor upstairs but I think it came in Fr from outside when windows were opened
