Hotel employee was absolutely amazing réceptionniste . She greet us with kindness and indicated a local restaurant that had excellent dishes.

Very clean, short walk from train station and to city centre. Extremely kind and accommodating reception!

Nothing negative to say

The hotel is located on a once elegant promenade that leads from the train station to the modern city. The surroundings are rundown, but the hotel itself is modern and very pleasant. Staff were warm and helpful. My room was quiet, sunlit, and faced the Pyrenees. The breakfast, which featured Catalan, Spanish and French specialties, was a treat. The walk from the station is not very long, and it was possible to walk to the old city and major cultural sites like the palace of the kings of Majorca without taking too much time. There's a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended.

The elevator was small and there were occasional waits. It was easy to walk up and down, but with luggage I would leave the room a bit early just in case.

The staff is excellent! The hotel is close enough to the train and bus station and also close to the old center. We loved the quiet room and the warm welcome from the staff

Breakfast

When I checked in they were upset saying that I had booked 2 rooms. They asked me to contact Booking which I did who confirmed that I booked one only. Upon return to home I found that I was charged twice for the same 2 night stay. By Booking and NYX. I asked AMEX to check with Booking and NYX told them I was a no-show. In 30 years of intl travel never had this happen. Check your bill carefully.

The room was quiet and cozy. We loved that it was not facing the street. The location. is between the train station and the old part of town. Pefect! The staff is wonderful and helpful and warm

It was easy to find. They had parking available. It was easy access. Safe neighborhood. Clean and friendly.

Really nothing. They were excellent. Their service was top notch. The place was clean and comfortable and staff extremely friendly helpful and professional. I will be coming back to this place. Value was outstanding.

The room was pretty good sized, the bed was very comfortable and the bathtoom was large and well lit. The personnel, particulatly, Audrey, were very helpful. Hotel was walking distance from the railroad station and from the center of town.

The rugs in hallway were a bit threadbare, but that didn't affect my stay.

Location and owner/manager. The hosts were warm and welcoming and the location is perfectly situated between the train station and old town. There are many places to eat within feet of the hotel.

Close to restaurants and shops. Welcoming staff, modern rooms with a/c.

Good, clean, fresh - looked recently refurbished.A bit more expensive than alternatives in the area, but it looked like this one is the freshest one.+ Windows can be opened - not the terrible air conditioning setup with sealed windows like in many other hotels.+ Key is the good - "old technology" card which do work, unlike the fully digital cards used in other hotels which often stop working during your stay and have to be "re-coded".

Walls are a bit thin - can hear things in other rooms/bathrooms, but not catastrophic.Not against the hotel, but - Perpignan & "Islamic republic of Macaron & Croissant" is not a great place to visit these days anymore...

Comfortable clean room with large bed and decent bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location to walk into the town. Many restaurants and cafe bars in the town to choose from.

A very good breakfast and very friendly staff, I liked the House Pudding and the excellent tortilla.

Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff, good breakfast and clean room. It was also possible for us to store our bikes securely on the ground floor.

The bed was a little bit wobbly.
