B&B HOTEL PERPIGNAN Nord Aéroport

Price, location, check in, room, staff

No hot water in shower

Location; check-in procedure and secure parking

The room had a persistent cigarette smell despite being advertised as non-smoking. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning, which made it impossible to ventilate the room and eliminate the unpleasant odors.

Close to the motorway. Fine for overnight stay. Gluten-free breakfast options :)

Location and the safe car parking

No fridge in the room

We have been to BB hotels many times. They are very basic and similar, usually modernly renovated and in good repair, but they are very tiny. However, they are comfortable for a one-night stay when travelling, as they are close to the highway.

1. The staff does not speak any languages other than French and has difficulty understanding English. Check-in took a very long time. They mixed up the rooms and gave us a double room instead of a triple room, and it was under someone else's name. How is that possible? My surname is stated in the document. 2. Previously, B&B hotels would provide a kettle in the room upon request, which is important when traveling with a child. Here, they said no, there is no kettle. We checked in late, the café was already closed, and there was nowhere to get hot water. Inconvenient. 3. Breakfast consists of coffee and a croissant and costs €10 for adults and €5 for children, although the booking states that children's breakfast is €3. 4. A card is already linked to Booking for payment, but they couldn't charge it, so I gave them a physical card, but that didn't work either. In the end, they charged the money, but through Apple Pay. 5. It's expensive for a roadside hotel for one night. 180 euros per night. For that money, there isn't even a kettle in the room.

Value and location were ideal.

The rooms don't provide much sound isolation from other visitors and traffic was pretty loud as well.

everything went well, the staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed huge and comfy, it was near the airport and it was very economical. We didn't have breakfast, I normall don't.

Location

Bookings.com’s advert said access from 14:00 hrs. After booking I got a message saying there would be reception was unstaffed until 16:00 hrs but there was a way I could check in during that time. It was a booth à bit like a cross between an ATM and a parking ticket machine. I followed the instructions. Buttons to show and to print the room entry code did not work. The machine said I would be sent an email with the code. There was nothing to confirm that I had completed the procedure. No emsil for 10 minutes. I repeated four more times. Eventually as I was about to drive off I got the email either the code. Over the next two hours I got four more codes. The sound proofing was poor and the standard of maintenance and appearance was poor.

Be pero car

No harem poder entrance a l'htel fins les 16 homes, tot I tenin la contrsenya la maquina no ho va permitted.

This was the perfect place to stop for a stopover on the way back from Spain heading to northern France. We were looking for a clean and comfortable place to lay our heads and didn’t want to spend a fortune as we were arriving in the evening and leaving first thing in the morning. We had looked at a lot of places in the area and had concerns about noise, and cleanliness. We settled on this hotel after reading multiple reviews and we are glad we chose this one.The rooms were clean and it was perfect for an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable and we had AC controlled rooms and a window we could open. The shower was nice, but the water did come out a little bit through the curtain. We stayed as a family of 3 and I would recommend!

- we would have liked a kettle and a mini fridge in the room- The shower curtain means that water can come out of the shower and flood the bathroom floor a bit

Location was good staff excellent

The shower room was not clean it needs some deep cleaning ASAP urgent

They accepted dogs. The bedroom was a fair size.

The shower room was disgusting. The floor and grouting needs a good scrub with bleach. The seat in there was rusty. The shower hose, the head was full of lime scale so it hardly trickled and the large overhead one came out like a one sided tap. Motorcycles parked right outside our ground floor window where it should have been a seating area. Breakfast was disappointing. We have stayed at a few B&B. This was the worst.

Pleasant

The room was clean, but overall not worth the price. It was quite small, with limited amenities and no real added value. I’ve stayed in better rooms for much less. Not terrible, but definitely overpriced. The room had mold on the shower ceiling and the toilet smelled bad throughout the stay. Definitely expected better for the money paid.

Easily accessible. Close to shops. Clean. Friendly staff. Quiet even considering location. Basic but good value for money for a night's stay.

Very basic. Slightly low ceilings.

Clean , good value. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast with reasonable price. Free parking.

Very clean , comfortable. Great breakfast

The hotel is close to the highway. Conveniently located, there are also restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and most importantly clean. The staff was friendly and answered various questions. Breakfast is paid additionally.

The bathroom needs renovation, but it is clean.

Spacious room and clean.

Check in took very long

Lots of restaurants on the area.

The breakfast had good quality but small variety
