Location. Staff very nice

Smell of cigarettes everywhere. Guests making noise way into the morning hours. Elevator in rough shape

Breakfast was ok for 8 euros.

Smoking next door. Complained to managment about it, nothing was done. Next night the smoking carried on. Interesting that they do not reinforce their own strictly no smoking policy.

We booked last minute for a night’s stay in Perpignan while on a trip to the south of France. Clean basic room, small towels, bed was a little uncomfortable and hot due to the plastic mattress cover. Toilet and shower were within the room rather than in an adjacent en-suite room, which might be off-putting for some. Breakfast was better than we expected for the price.

Basic no frills accommodation but clean, central, surprisingly quiet and very helpful staff. Thankyou.

Parking is under the hotel - as I you need to go from underground parking through several staircases and a square to enter the hotel on foot so don't take much luggage with you. Hotel closes at 10, and you may need to wait upwards to half an hour to get in (there is a door bell so you'd be using it until someone will come out). parking is pricy. hotel is clean.

Excellent value and location. There's a paid underground garage right underneath the hotel, and Ibis offers a heavily discounted rate for parking. The staff was super friendly.

Very weird WC doors in the room, more like public bathroom stall doors. 0 privacy while you're "doing your thing".

We were given a room which was supposed to be non smoking but it reeked of smoke.We felt physically sick from the smell.This to me was most unacceptable and meant the room was not clean and to me was a health issue .They moved us to another room, which was fine, but we should NOT have been given the smoked smelly room in the first place !!!!!!

Parking ended up being a mess. We are supposed to pay just an amount per night but if we pass the hour we pay the full day rate. Room was smaller than in other Ibis that I've been.

Well situated

There is public underground parking but no lift from the parking to the ground floor. We had to ask for assistance and were given a trolley that we had to take down the way the cars enter and exit into the parking lot to get our luggage. When we left, we were told that they do not have a trolley. The supervisor argued for a while before finally fetching the trolley and then insisting that I go up to our room on the 5th floor to get an ID before giving me the trolley. I point blank refused because this was not an issue when we arrived.We took a more expensive triple room because we expected more space. The space was exactly the same as the double room with the sole difference of the extra bunk bed over the double bed. No place to sit. Barely space on the ‘shelve’ that served as a table to place a small laptop in. Rather disappointed

Looked like a prison cell. Comfy bed. Towels were thin, parking a rigmarole. But fair enough to put head down for a night. Great location and helpful staff.

It's an ibis budget, so you already know what you are in for, but the location was really good and the staff were friendly.

Nothing really, a bit noisy but you’d expect that.

The reception staff was extremely rude. She acted exasperated by our presence, was very snappy when she said we didnt have a reservation but we did and did not apologise when she finally found it. A lot of eye rolling. The next day from breakfast (which is basically 4 tables in the lobby) i heard 2 receptionists arguing loudly because one messed up a reservation. And then another time one of them was on the phone arguing with a client, hung up, and called him a moron to my face while i was waiting. All interactions were awful.The rooms are tiny with windows to a tiny courtyard where you are meter away from other people’s windows. No bathroom proper, just a shower and sink in the room. No tables or chair or anything. The light turns off every few minutes. The square where the hotel is is a bit spooky at night, huge empty space. The reception desk is not properly 24/7 you need to buzz at the door to be let in at night.

Very friendly staff and great location. Basic facilities in the room, but good value for money. Clean, fresh, modern and very comfortable for a short stay.

Some more storage would be ideal, but depends how much you bring with you.
