Great location, good staff

Aircon didn’t go cold enough. It was really hot days. Bedding was weird with a bedsheet that gets moved aboit while I was sleeping because it didn’t have an elastic at the corners.

Room was hot, small and right opposite the elevator, no soundproof door so a bummer to say the least!

Stay here every year when myself and friends come to Perpignan to watch the Rugby League. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My son lost his mobile phone and the staff helped me print off his boarding card for his flight home. Rooms are clean as are bathrooms, didn't eat breakfast but it looked to have a great selection. Ideal locations for us we hope to return in 2025

Nothing really, it ,met all our expectations as usual

Everything was great. It was my second time staying at the Mercure. Can't fault the very friendly and helpful staff.

It was a rare case that my partner and I extended our stay in the same hotel for one extra night. Because the location was so perfect and the facilities are very good too. Staff were kind and accommodating. As a lovely bonus, we had a brocante just outside of the hotel when we woke up! It's only 5 min away from all the historic spots. I would stay here again.

Great location for exploring Perpignan.

Whilst our room was fine and located away from the lifts, there were rooms where the door frame was literally butted up to the lift frame! Would not have liked one of those rooms!

We didn’t pay for breakfast as too expensive We think €12-€15 per person enough to charge for continental options Also taxi organised by hotel to airport was €35 for ten min drive we know it was a Sunday but still feel far too much

The bed possibly could be more comfortable and pillows also better quality toilet paper

The attention of the service of the réception , the staff was genuine and hospitable, and the location of the hotel was great , a few steps away from the city center.

The parking of the hotel is too small and did not guarantee space availability whilst on the website booking.com there is a mention that hotel has parking space , I think this kind of information should be clearer for any client before making the reservation

The location is great (2 min from Le Castillet). Easy to find and drive up to. Everything interesting in walking distance.

The facility has been run down quite a bit. We wonder when the last update happened (in the late 1990s?). There was visible water damage and large spots of mold on the bathroom ceiling. The toilet seat was loose, which was very uncomfortable.. This is certainly not what one expects and willing to accept for a premium price of €164 when compared to other facilities in the vicinity.

WiFi!No use at all in room 308! We needed internet access for our business on this trip and has to sit in the foyer to obtain a signal. DiningNo restaurant in this hotel except for breakfast!For these reasons I think the four star rating should be reconsidered!
