The staff was absolutely out of this world. They were so wonderful.

I wish there was a grocery store closer

For €50, I could have rented a much better place.

I was checked into a room that was dirty. It felt like no one had cleaned it after the previous guests. When I checked into the room, I immediately noticed that even the trash hadn’t been taken out.

The bathroom was very small, especially the sink & the shower - but ok for one night.

The booking process didn't go through. We had to wait about 45min and I had to call the booking hotline + write several emails until the booking arrived in the hotel's system. Appearantly we were not the only ones to whom this happened. We met 3 other couples while we were in the lobby. The workers there was nice, it wasn't his fault...but obviously a glitch in the BOOKING-system.

In F1 of Lille when I “ checked in ” it was a Moroccan guy very nice, he quick did check in when I arrived, he organized everything before I come, in F1 of Perpignan, the Moroccan lady was very slow, I was very tired and when I arrived the door was close outside, I was ringing and the wind was so cold and so fast waiting to open the door more than 5 min !! And when I enter by car and come to the reception, it was hard for her to check if I paid or not !! She needed 10 min or more to check if everything was ok ! In my email I had the paiement done !! And in her computer, she needed more than 10 min to check if I paid or not !!!! The same thing happened I saw a guy waiting outside and I came to tell her please open the door they are waiting for you !!

Basic but very functional, clean, staff very friendly & helpful. Good value for money. Recommended. Located in an industrial estate but bus stop to town nearby.

I recommend for staying , it’s 7 min from train/tgv station you should take bus N4 canohes , the stuff are very friendly.

The hotel has a good team who receiving the people. They are smart and the miles always there on their lips. They are professionals. I recommend this hotel only for one night stay and no more.

The rooms are small and tight. The bathroom and the shower are for all. No private bathroom or toilet. The parking is not spacious enough and tight.

Just solution to coome and sleep direct and then go

According to my experience 1 day it was bad, the code of room was not working so i had to ask the receptionist to open the door every time & the toilet was in very bad situation.

The hotel is old, the bed is VERY hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner in the room did not work and the staff said there’s nothing they can do to fix it.The shower gel did not workThe bed is hard and short, not suitable for anyone over 6 feet You can also hear the doors close from the other rooms, noisy.Breakfast looked basic (I did not buy it)I did not get any quality sleep.

Friendly service and very clean.

The aircon didn't work so it was very hot. Lot of noise from outside drunk people. Bathroom drains smell.

Room was exactly what we needed, if you're heading to Toulouse or other city but you want to take a break of the trip, this is perfect

Food options, we tried to walk to the "nearest" restaruant/fast food service and it was impossible, nothing around and food options inside F1 were almost non, a candy and expresso machines were our only option.

The low price of 33€ was the onlyThing.. however i think sleeping in my car would have. Been better.

Upon arrival, the 2 young receptionists were incredibly rude. They were having a conversation between themselves about how they would be dressed forA party that night. They continued their conversation throughout my checkin process not even looking at me the whole time..In the morning the checkout was supposedly at 12.. at 10 i went to take shower and the code was no longer working and the solution proposed to meBy the receptionist was to put a peaceOf paper in the door if i needed to step out to loadMy car…Also the bathroom soap dispenser was broken…

The staff were nice but the manager needs to find a new job. She is rude and unhelpful.

The room had been smoked in. All the showers had broken fixtures. The manager refused to interact with me because I did not speak French. Maybe she needs to work in the hotel across the street that is now a migrant/asylum hostel. The people there speak good French.
