Novotel Suites Perpignan Centre Hotel

the parking is beneath the hotel which made it easy to access the reception and we had a family room which had all required amenities in order and nothing missing.The next moring breakfast was also quite a nice one with lots of options for children!

nothing really that we did not like. we could nto spend enough time in the beautiful city center.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was very good.

Breakfast time was from 7.00 to 11.00. On our first day we arrived at 9.30 for breakfast and many of the items, such as ham, cheese and fruit had finished and hadn’t been replaced.

Location. Ease of check-in and checkout. Quiet. Clea. Thankfully, I was a member of their club so I had good Wi-Fi. Otherwise, I would have only had access to low speed internet.

They threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn't provide a credit card number immediately at around 7:30 pm. I rushed to the hotel. I was about 5 minutes from the hotel when I got this message. The day before, during early check-in, I had already indicated my arrival would be after 6 pm. They knew I would be arriving in the evening, and they could have asked for the credit card details then. The message said, a reservation through booking.com was not enough to guarantee a reservation, and thus they had the right to dump me out on the street like a piece of excrement.

Very comfortable but with exception of one person the staff were friendly and helpful.The blonde receptionist next morning berated us for not ordering breakfast on check-in however, we arrived at 11pm the previous night. She was rude and sullen.

Family Room very spacious for 4. Very central location. Breakfast good and plentiful

Was actually hard to find when walking and approaching, no large outward sign for the hotel. Staff were courteous and professional but surprisingly poor knowledge of local pizzerias as we arrived very late. Google found us 2 places in no time which they seemed oblivious to.

Not enough staff. As the staff work on the Ibis Budget Reception as well there were a few times when there was a long wait to speak with staff.

I used to love coming to this hotel, I still like the rooms, the location and staff.

They have this really stupid rule about only letting you into the room at 4pm, my plane always arrives in the morning, we had been up almost all night and they refused us the room saying it's not ready, the hotel had hardly any customers and plenty of rooms ready, they keep doing this and it's really annoying, we had to trudge around town getting more tired it's so unnecessary. Also, we were leaving there at 8.30 a.m to be somewhere else. so the

The room was spacious. air conditioning was good as it was a very hot days being in Perpignan. The breakfast was ok and yes it was a suite we stayed as it have a sofa bed in the room.

We didn't like the bathroom as everything is in ONE room, the shower, the toilet so when you take a shower everything will get wet including the towels and toilet paper. The carpet needs a GOOD cleaning as it have stains all over it.

The location was fine

The worst experience ever. But I think that´s only my case, so, the personnel wasn´t very attentive, and the room was uncomfortable for me.

Recommend the staff for check in to be able to speak at least English for check in. this makes the overall check in. experience better.

The Novotel Suites is a very standard commercial Hotel very suitable for short stays like one night. It has a rather cool atmosphere but the rooms are quiet, very practically equipped and efficient. In future we will again choose the regular Novotel Hotels which are of a somewhat higher standard.

No indication in the city how to find the Hotel .

Dog friendly, great location. English speaking staff. Big room with kithenette. Fabulous shower and bathroom. Stayed here 3 times previously.

Aircon wouldnt go lower, reset itself back to 25 continuously. Slept with windows open but too noisy. Looking a little shabby in the corridors now.
