Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Proximity to the train station.

Small but comfortable room which is located very close to the railway station. Good facilities within the room.

Room was chilly and I could not adjust the temperature.

Don't be fooled.

They took a 100 euro deposit and even after a month I still haven't received my money back. I sent them messages and every time I get the same answer, that I will get my money back. I filed a complaint with Booking and I still haven't received any response from them either.

Basic room.

Travelling with a small dog I was charged a 'deposit' of 100€. When the deposit was refunded a few days later an amount of 4.80€ was deducted from my Credit card. No receipt no information. Upon inquiry, hotel Kyriad falsely states that a beer has been taken from the minibar. There were no minibar in my room. Avoid this hotel!

The location is ideal for railway-based travellers; the city center is a bit afar but still in walking distance, and the streets are very pleasant to walk. Staff extremely friendly, especially at breakfasts. The room is nicely decorated, and the bed is very comfortable. The room has tea things, which is very useful.

The bathroom is very spacious but unfortunately is badly designed. There is no door or curtain between the shower tub and the rest of it, therefore after one takes shower, everything is wet. White walls are covered with black mold (see pictures). Also, no handle on the window, so one couldn't shut it tight (see pictures). This is all somewhat surprising as these problems should be fairly cheap to fix!

Location

We always stay here when we travel from Spain to the north of Europe. This time was the first time we needed to make a change in the dates. That was not possible. Even worse the hotel hardly responded to any of our messages. When you are there the hotel is fine, however when there is a bump in the road, they do not care. So we advice you to make a reservation at another hotel, just in case.

Location is good for station and I didn’t mind the trek to see the sites

Art wasn’t to my liking, would have been more classy without. Strict checkin time but at least they stored the luggage until we could access the room

Cancelled our reservarion by sending mail to pur mail address, cancellation was not made through booking.com even we booked through this platform.

Great modern room, very clean and a good size. Location is good and despite the hotel being on top of the train station (the view was of the station, but I knew that when I booked it so it was all good), you can't hear a thing. Perfect place to stay as a base if you're train-hopping along the coast.

Nothing - even the smoking area was really well thought out and designed so non-smokers would never even know it was there

A fine hotel with a great staff, this hotel is well sited at one end of the Perpignan train station complex. It was perfect for us leaving for Barcelona in the morning, just a few minutes walk to the platform. Nonetheless the hotel was very quiet and private. They have a great breakfast buffet with everything one could want in a nice dining room. As for the staff, they were outstanding. The desk person kindly recommended a very good restaurant and when we asked him to make reservations for us he did so, even though it took several tries to reach the restaurant. We enjoyed an excellent meal. When we packed to leave and catch our train we overlooked our phone charger. While walking to the platform a hotel person caught up with us and returned the charger. I can't speak highly enough about this hotel and most especially the excellent staff.

Everything was great. It was all exceptional.

Breakfast was very good, especially the sweets. Staff at the reception and breakfast was super nice.

This hotel is part of a rather sad complex but it is next to the railway station, that is why we booked.

The management of this hotel mistrusts their guests and demand a 100 Euro extra charge in case you damage something. It is returned automatically upon check out but this does not change a very bad overall impression.One of the girls in the reception does not speak English.

The location and staff are super cool.

Beautifully styled, smelt amazing and large well equipped rooms with a very hot shower. Breakfast had a lot of choice hot and cold and was replenished frequently.

The fridge didn’t work and the window wouldn’t stay open. You could not park the car in the hotel carpark until you got the code which meant two trips.
