Best price and quality stay- Location: everything is in walking distance- Price: very good price compare to others - Well equiped but not in great condition

- The entry is not "on the street", so it's not easy find, especially while driving and not easy to just load off and go- Somewhat old facility, everything is old, not to the point of disappointment but it's not a new and mordern appartment. Beds are in same condition, not bad but not new and comfortable.

Only one key 3 couples and we needed more keys.

Great value for money, clean room with fridge, microwave & tv. All you need for a medium/short stay.

The 2 Reception Team members I met were brilliant - super helpful, and the Cleaning Team very friendly too.I can only recommend this appart'hotel and I will use it again each time I come back.

There was a secure underground car park very nearby; the location was fine as was the room. It was nothing special but it was basic and clean.

The breakfast was not great. The coffee was pretty dreadful and the food very average. Not really worth the 10 Euro charge. I’d say that, if you have time, far better to venture out to a café.

Nice clean apartment in a good location close to the Old Town.

Clean and well fitted studio in good location. The business studio if perfect for one person. The staff was very helpful.

A bit difficult to find parking place around.

Sofa bed really lets it down. Faff having to set up own bed but that's all factored into the price I guess.

Arrival was a disaster. I was never told the reception closed at 7 PM. I arrived 8 PM. I do not read French. There was a sign on the door saying to phone a certain number. I had just arrived from Canada. My phone did not work in France. I do. not speak or read French. It was very scary standing there in the dark for so long. I was also very jet lagged. ---What you need is a simple button to push that will ring directly to the apartment of the receptionist so he/she can immediately come to the door and let in the client. He said he had sent an e-mail. I could not receive emails and even if I could, I would have never checked email to get into s hotel. I will not stay there again. It was not very welcoming.

Location was good. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around some work until very late. You can have dinner at 10pm or later in Petit Patti's. Not far to old city. Vending machine with drinks and coffee below. Helpful staff.

Noisy street with traffic below during daytime, still noise is ok if you keep the windows closed. Very small rooms. No hair dryer in the rooms. Noisy fridge. Desn't feel very clean. Not enough towels. Towels seemed more like old rags. Complicated if you come by car and there are no free parking spaces. There were not free places in front of the hotel to stop and leave luggage, so I had to stop in front of a parking gate and rush. There was recent fire in the building so awful smell in the corridors

We were lucky enough to get the top floor, with an amazing view of the old city from the balcony. Room was comfortable, lots of space, close to the old centre, and it was really good value. Staff v helpful.

Would have liked tea/ coffee in room. Apart from that, all good!

Hard to find the hotel. Parking was absolutely shocking. I had to pay over €30 in a private QPark. Hotel staff were really unhelpful in dealing with this issue.

We thought we had the same rooms as when we stayed there before but we didn't and they were tiny - hardly room to get around the bed! Luckily we literally slept there this time and didn't really need to spend any time in the roomLast time we had a comfort studio, this time it was a business studio.

Well placed ApartHotel, centrally situated in Perpignan. Staff were very friendly, and the room was functional but clean with a good sized bed.
