The guy on front desk (reception) when I was checking out came with extra charges like taxes charge even that I told him that the taxes was included with I did and paid the reservation with Apple Pay. The room was some kind of small

Nice large room and close to amenities

Bed not the best for comfort, also no restaurant open over the weekend, consequently had to go out and find one which we didn't want to do after driving over 400 miles

Fabulous friendly staff very helpful. Had ground floor room with the dog and a bonus of enclosed outside space off the room brilliant. Comfortable clean and a very welcome tea/ coffee tray after a long drive.

The toilet door was squeaking.Although I liked the coffee machine my wife missed having English breakfast tea and the kettle.

The welcome and lilia the receptionist was accommodating and very friendly

The heating was broken in the bedroom and it was freezing cold and we couldn’t get to sleep

It’s a decent place to stop on a trip down to Spain, secure parking and decent rooms.

Excellent comfort for the price. Beds are large and super comfortable.Personnel is VERY friendly and professional. Great location for a stop along the way.. so much we decided to stop there again on our way back. It is a little further from the highway than it seems.. but close by both shopping, groceries and walking distance to a restaurant (10% discount voucher art the hotel flyer desk).Parking is safe and gated at night. Great place to walk the dog just outside the gate.

Getting to and from the highway just a little longer than it seems. Google maps took us to the wrong side of the hotel... and that added some driving time. (not that the hotel can be blamed)

The hotel is modern and clean. Secured parking outside. The beds are comfortable, and there's tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Breakfast choice is limited to a cold buffet. The location is next to a busy road. It was difficult to find the hotel as navigation couldn't locate it. We spent an hour driving around in vain. It was only after calling a reception that we were told to drive to Buffalo Grill first as the hotel is located on the same street.

Perfect pit stop.Quiet hotel with VERY nice front desk personnel, comfortable beds and bed covers and room on ground floor was easy for our dog. Much appreciated room switch. Dog allowed, surcharge was more than mentioned in the booking site - now 15€/ night. But the room was cheap and still left total price ok.Parking is locked at night and just outside the parking is a green area perfect to-15 walk the dog. Big supermarket and shopping centre at 10 min walking distance was nice for stretching after a long drive. Breakfast was ok - even had a pancake maker.Because of all the +++ we decided to book again for our travels back..

Room was clean, basic breakfast. Nothing fancy but for a overnight it met our needs

Elevator didn’t work. We had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. No assistance offered. It seems that they put our breakfast and when it was gone it was not replenished. So if you got there late you missed out. Only one staff in the am to take care of breakfast and the front desk. That might have been the reason for breakfast not being replenished.

Travelling with large dogs so room with enclosed small garden just right.

The room was excellent even had a garden for the dog the breakfast was to expensive for what you got but ok everything was super clean

Breakfast not good. Fresh fruit wasn’t fresh, no bread he said he hadn’t ordered enough, no pastries eg croissants pain de chocolate. Buffalo grill up road did excellent meals.

Room smelled of sewage but it did go after leaving window open and turning on taps,There was tv there but no signal at all.

One of the best hotels for travelling with a dog. A brilliant secure outside area off the room meant the dog could enjoy the outside space. Staff were very helpful

Maybe a choice of smaller meals rather than a full dinner / desert

The extra garden at the back was a great surprise, excellent for the dog,very secure. Brilliant idea.Also was great the dog could be with us e.g breakfast
