Holiday Inn Perpignan By IHG

Rooms were cleaned, nicely arranged and spacious. Everyone in the staff was so nice, warm and accommodating, they made us feel well. The common spaces, restaurant, pool, lobby were also very nice. Great experience !

We had just fled from the Ribaute fire and this was our escape for the night. The place is a Holiday Inn surrounded by KFC and businesses .. it is what it is, fine. Oscars go to the young german receptionist (we are german) and the friendly barman who gave us such a warm welcome, heated food and gave us beers beyond restaurant hours, it was like heaven after the traumatic experience.

Our room had a nice view across the pool. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. Restaurant food is nice but quite pricey.

Nothing really. The decor in the room corridors is tired and dated.

The pool was a good size. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and cool.

The balcony to our room was grubby.The area surrounding the pool needed a deep clean. We ate in the restaurant once and the food was awful, other guests we spoke to agreed with this.

Nice hotel, bed very comfortable. Good restaurant for evening meal and very good breakfast.

The room was stifling hot and we were unable to turn the AC on we were advised that we could only turn the heating off. Subsequently due to the warm room we struggled to sleep even with patio doors open

Everything was really really nice!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Perpignan was extremely disappointing.

The staff left our room open after removing a baby crib, putting our belongings at risk. The night receptionist showed no empathy or professionalism, and we were given false information about when we could speak to a manager. Despite our complaints, no solutions were offered, leaving us feeling unsafe and unheard. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. We do not recommend this hotel.

A good location when travelling. Easy to find, safe parking, comfortable room.

Not very clean- the carpet has old stains.

Nice welcome on arrival, excellent value tasty evening meal, comfortable room and very clean.

We booked this hotel because it had EV charging on site - this turned out to be a domestic plug socket which charged at too slow a rate to be useful after our drive from Spain. Luckily there was a 200kW charging station nearby on the retail park, so we could leave promptly next morning with a fully charged car.

Spacious well thought out room and spotlessly clean.

Sounds petty, but the lack of English TV channel - nothing and no ability to use own Netflix or even change the TV channels where possible to set the language to English. (It is possible to do this on all TV’s but this function was disabled)

Staff were great but didn’t understand English very well.I know we are in France but being it’s a hotel perhaps understanding a little English wouldn’t be a bad thing.

Friendly staff, nice size pool although a it cold.

This isn't just this hotel but restaurant in general. Staff don't ask about any allergies. We always mentioned our child has a nut allergy.

Staff were amazing, food lovely, room excellent.

Need a car as bit too far to walk to centre. Taxis expensive!
