    Pros +

    • Staff went above and beyond to help with any issue
    • Location was ok. Price was a bit high for the type of room we got. Had 4 rooms and only one had a fridge and a fan none of the other ones had a fan. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly
    • To be honest nothing special... lady in the bar was polite.

    Cons -

    • Was very disappointed because looking online and at the pictures of the pool looked great for family then was told it was a nude pool and had to pay extra for it. No one went to the pool for obvious reasons. So my kids were very sad. This needs to be more clear when it’s showing the pool pictures so people know ahead of time what to expect when you get there.
    • Receptionist was very rude. Beds were soo soft. All furniture in the bathroom is for tall Dutch people :).
    • Room was large but needs attention as lighting very poor and dull. Decor scruffy and room very noisy and cold. Lots of noise from the outside and the lifts. The door did not self close. Service in the resteraunt was very slow and the food was average.

Traditional hotel by the road, looks relatively new, so the room is clean and tidy. Very convenient parking, free.

There is nothing to do in the area.

Clean & comfortable room with good bedding!

    No fridge

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth 4 StarsThe furniture is broken and outdated, and the overall cleanliness is poor – there were visible stains on the towels. The chair in the room was unusable, and there were no glass cups provided, only low-quality paper cups. This hotel is certainly not up to 4-star standards; at best, it would qualify as a 3-star. I had booked a suite, but what I received was just a large room, not a proper suite as commonly expected in 4-star hotels. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Close to motorway. Good for business trip to Breda. Free parking. Friendly staff.

    6LeonardPosted on: 12-24-2024

Very fairly priced, considering, definitely not the business quality I remember in 2016/7, its gone downhill since then.

Problems with the key card entry to my room, still wasn't sorted by the time I left. 4 days going up and down to reception, every time I wanted to get into my room. Young girl in the bar/restaurant was lovely, but its obvious she had no training, half way through my main course before the wine came.

Location is great , staff is very nice

Rooms are outdated , dirty walls , not properly cleaned ( previous customer trash still in room ) . Very dark room ( poor lighting and dark floor )

Front of house staff were really friendly and helpful. The food and hospitality offerings were excellent and the wellness, although small, provided a very relaxing environment which was enhances by the textilefree environment.

There were a few examples where a lack of attention to detail in maintenance issues became apparent. Minor things like Lights not working, and damaged trim (from housekeeping trollies) etc. Apparently there are no plans to restore refrigerators in guest rooms, in which case the carcases of the cabinets in which they were previously housed could be tidied up?

Value for money, in close proximity of fun family activities.

Swimming pool not allowing children under 16.

Really big room , nice bathtub, conftable bed ,

Would be nice to be some king of (one time use ) slipers

    7EmadPosted on: 7-31-2024

the rooms are very big but somehow empty, they could put more decoration and it had no air conditioning

they have a pool but you have to rent the robe, buy the flip flops and pay entry... this was somehow not that convenient

    Breakfast, size of room

Protection around the shower, and the size of the television, and the small number of electrical connectors. We really had a problem in finding some to recharge telephones and iPads

Modern location with spa services (extra to be booked). Large breakfast catering and welcoming staff. Electric Vehicle chargers are a very nice to have.

    8DaniellePosted on: 7-8-2024

The room was nice. I really liked the beds. The room was big and clean. The location was good for us.

Not much choice at breakfast, but it was fine. Staff doesn’t greet you, unless you say something first.

    9WoodywildhogPosted on: 7-4-2024

Modern hotel on a large complex, on the edge of towm. Free parking is always a bonus. Room was very big, with a small area for sitting in, to watch the very small tv! Breakfast provided ab ample selection.

Location puts it out of town, meaning if you don't want to eat in house, the only option is McDonalds, 5 minutes walk away.

    7NicolePosted on: 6-22-2024

    Staff and facilities where oké.

The swimmingpool was only for sauna and so for naked; this wasn't clear before making reservations. The environment was noisy, also at night.

    8TimPosted on: 5-22-2024

The staff were very attentive & helpful. The choice at breakfast was also very good. The double bed was large and comfortable.

The room (Junior suite) was old and tired. The bathroom is desperately in need of bringing up to modern standards. Paper cups for making tea or coffee is insulting to your guests.
