Cons -
- With the size of the room, could have used a much bigger TV. A Nespresso type coffee machine would have been a great asset, or at least access to espresso at all times of day.
- - noisy airco (functioning well)- my 'Airone' room was in front of the washing and drying machines, seemingly working day and night quite noisily, which was to be heard even in the room and on the little terrace in front of the room. I slept with earplugs. Also, I had a bit of a problem here due to us being a group of people staying in Gallipoli in different hotels and so I wanted to invte a friend up to the rooftop for a drink before going out, however there is a very tedious process of registering your guest and afterwards we were basically 'kicked' out of the hotel for putting our legs in the pool after closing hours (it was 21h30 and we were very quiet). So when I took a shower to get ready to go out, they called twice insisting that my friend should leave, which was ludicrous since they had his passport and I paid for TWO people in the room (while staying alone) It was most unpleasant and unneccesary. When I complained and wanted to move hotels the manager was very kind and polite and since I didn't want to pack my bags I decided to stay. But the next morning, three friends wanted to drink tea at my terrace and the same happened again, they felt being treated rude. And then a day later, no cushions were to be found on the deck chairs so I called and asked for them and then again the reception was arguing with me that there were indeed pilllow, which was not the case, so in the end they brought them up. The people are kind and I don't think they mean it bad, but it certainly didn't make me feel at home. All the other hotels where we stayed or where friends stayed (Palazzos Flora and Presta) did not have these tedious registration reports for having a simple drink with a friend. therefore I'd recommend to spend a bit more and go there (around the corner).
- The lack of any civilized human service like offering a bottle of water or any other drink, no coffee machine in the room, no trash can, no towels at the pool, no room service. Overall the place looks like it’s lacking any management or any manager. There are couple of people at the reception and other than that it feels like you are out of no where with nobody around to make you feel welcomed. The price is very high for the lack of any service, poor breakfast buffet, noisy location, unwelcoming stuff, and spoiled vacation. We couldn’t stay there more than two nights out of four nights booked and nobody refunded any money for the rest of nights. Do not waste your precious time and money for this God forsaken place!

Staff, location, breakfast were all great. Staff was always helpful with our queries.
The location was close to the beach, the small waddling pool was ok, honeycombs at the breakfast were yummy and unique.

Our second visit! Great location in ❤️ of Old Town. Charming small hotel, beautifully appointed rooms each varies slightly. Very attentive staff. Good breakfast. Small rooftop wading pool.
Loved EVERYTHING!
Great location, great service by the staff.
Parking is tough but understandable if you want to be in old town.
This hotel is truly beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our highlight of our stay was the fantastic spritz we had on the rooftop made by the wonderful bartender (we didn’t catch her name) but she was extremely friendly and makes great cocktails! Thanks so much!
Only rated this a 9 instead of a 10 is because the pool wasn’t available otherwise, everything was perfect!
Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Rooms were spotless cleanStaff were very helpful Just remember to park your car in the local car park. You can’t drive into the old town
Smoking was aloud on the terrace during breakfast which isn’t very nice. Perhaps a separate smoking area could be arranged
Beautiful property with great amenities and delicious breakfast. Great location as well.
Rooms a tad small.
Beautiful little hotel with a maze of courtyards and roof terraces. Great breakfast on the roof terrace. Lovely decor. Great location in the centre and close to the beach.
Location is excellent in the old town. Breakfast was very good. They provided a free Tuk tuk service to the train station which was very nice.
Poor
The deluxe room we were alllocated did not meet the description upon which we booked. There was suppose to be a washing machine and it certainly wasn't a deluxe apartment by any stretch of the imagination
Location in old town and walking distance to many of the city’s best restaurants. Room was very spacious and very good breakfast is served
The hotel does not have beach/pool towels for guests even though there is a swimming pool. I don’t understand why but cheese and ham (at breakfast) is just upon request (100% of all hotels I have stayed they are on the buffet).
The hotel is lovely, perfect location, nice design thoughout and the breakfast was great. Really comfortable bed and great shower.
Our room smelt of damp which was not nice. I didn't complain at the time, so that is my fault. I really should have tried to move rooms as it was not nice
Great little boutique hotel with excellent service and very comfortable rooms in a beautifully restored old building
The place, and it’s spaces is beautiful. The room was elegant and well appointed. The splash pool which I expected to be warm was cool and refreshing. The location was great for parking and access to the beach and restaurants.
Kinda a lot of rules. One was “don’t take glasses from the bar to your room”. The bar was supposed to be open at 3:00 but there was no employee there, and there were no glasses in our room even for water (sorry, contradicts well equipped ^^^^ from above). So…we took wine glasses to our room.
Great location, has a nice pool area.
They don’t provide towels for the pool, the room was quite basic for the cost. There was no bottled water available at the bar.
Location and breakfast
Not enough sunbedPool not very clean
Beautifully decorated and curated property. I loved the terrace area and I thought the attention to detail throughout the property was stunning. Staff in reception were beyond helpful and sweet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The whole property was very clean. I would return 100%
The bar was never open during the day, so even getting water when it was hot was a struggle! Limited plugs in the room Needs more sun loungers rather than chairs on the terrace A few more plugs and light in the room would be great!
