Beautiful property with excellent staff , breakfast and restaurant!

We spent really good time there. We were in the annex building in specious apartment, and we had access to the pool. The hotel is very stylish and cozy. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Ok, we didn't have espresso machine (only moka pot), but we really enjoyed very nice coffee outside everyday :)The pool and the garden were very nice, the view from the terrace was very nice. The location was very nice, close to the sea and the promenade, but still in a very quiet place. Parking space was always found in front of the building.Nearest beach is Baia Verde. On the beginning of it there are two Lidos - Piccolo Lido and Lido San Giovanni, but if you want to enjoy free access to the beach, just go meters away from lido San Giovanni is public beach, even more beautiful than Lido.Walking distance from the hotel to the Old town of Gallipoli is around 35 min. leisure walk at the promenade by the sea.

We had an issue with the cooling system for one night. It couldn't be turn off, and it cooled so strong so we couldn't sleep so the receptionist in charge, came out to meet our problem and gave us another room in the main building. Tomorrow morning the problem was fixed

Pool and surrounds were excellent and very relaxing..Our room with balcony overlooking the pool was spacious and comfortable. Staff were always helpful and efficient whilst also friendly.

Breakfast was okay but a wider variety would be much better.

Beds are rather firm but that seemed to be all over Puglia region!

Property was clean, staff very helpful and welcoming

Rates as a 4* but would say it’s a 3* at a maximum. We stayed in the ‘Comfort Room’, it was very basic, no amenities in the room at all. No kettle/tea/coffee, no shampoos or toiletries, no iron. Staff were helpful and brought items to the room when requested but for a 4* hotel you shouldn’t have to ask. Also we were told access to the spa would be included in our stay only to find out once we had arrived that there is an extra charge. The gym facilities only open at certain times of the day

Very nice room and facilities. Breakfast was very good. Stuff was incredible nice. Restaurant which we only discovered the last night was amazing.

It takes ~30min to reach the city centre.

The property was truly amazing staying with my 3 children. The hotel could not do enough for us. The location is out of the old town but the hotel do a courtesy bus - 5 euro to beach old town etc. Gallipoli is spectacular. The services at the hotel impeccable

Nothing absolutely perfect

It is a pretty hotel that has a nice yard in the middle of it and also a great pool area with a garden segment. The room is spacious, there's a terrace and the bathroom is big enough. The breakfast was good although no vegetables or salads. There was some grilled vegetables but not fresh ones. Otherwise, the breakfast was good and had enough variety. The staff was polite, there's even a gym area and a spa, they have a parking and also parking on the street, but there's too many cars and guests so it's not easy to find the parking spot after everyone returns to the hotel.

The kettle is missing from the room and the air conditioning was not working the best. It could lower the temperature a little bit but sometimes not enough, especially during the day. Sometimes the pool can get a bit overcrowded and you also can find yourself without a sunbed because of it.

This is a super hotel. Well set out, every room has a balcony. Lovely pool, nice central courtyard, delicious breakfast and delightful and attentive staff.Well equipped gym. The hotel is a stones throw from the sea and a short walk to the local lidos.Takes about 40 minutes to walk to the old town which is a pleasant stroll.Highly recommended.

Location within a residential area but the set up means it feels remote and quiet.

A little far out of town

The hotel was lovely and clean and bright and they had a lovely pool area and courtyard. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The restaurant offered a nice menu and the waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel design and interior was very nice.

The location was very disappointing and unexpected. It was located in amongst a high rise block of apartments where you would never think a hotel would be positioned. The roads all around the blocks of apartments were very bad with alot of pot holes and the whole area was not well kept. It was at least a 20 minute walk into town and easy to lose your way in the apartment blocks.The shower in the room was disappointing and went from hot to cold mid shower which was annoying.

Staff were warm, welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Super clean with everything you need.

Location was not in keeping with hotel, with very little around the hotel. A good a 45 min walk into town with only a few bars and restaurants along the way.

The balcony overlooking the courtyard and the breakfast area were both charming.

The cleaning products smelled very strong and we had an allergic reaction to them.

Room size was excellent as was the half circle balcony. Swimming pool was excellent. Courtyard was very peaceful. Restaurant and food was very good. Staff were pleasant.

Reported water leaking onto floor from shower on the Thursday, that's probably why the wood on the door panelling is rotting away and hairdryer didn't work. Still not fixed on leaving (room 232). Pool attendant didn't do much, husband had to carry different sunbed up to the grass and had to put parasol up himself. Breakfast: no large spoons for cereal and lots of guest's were eating cereal with a teaspoon you had to ask for one. Hot food wasn't hot but on the whole breakfast was good with plenty choice

The staff didn’t care about the fact that some clients disturbed the others in the pool. Instead of swimming pool it was more an aquasplash, and toddlers realm. Not zen at all. When you have a full capacity, you do a schedule for pool usage. We could not use the pool because of some disinhibited teenagers. Bad location if you want a beach at a reasonable walking distance.

I ve booked the residence and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. I loved the gym facility and the lovely pool.

Staff was polite but sometimes seemed lost when I asked for information (for example they provided me wrong opening hours of the gym, or they informed me of a promo of their SPA facility only the last day of my stay)

The staff were all lovely - very polite and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, very elegant and and felt special. The restaurant was also excellent and very good value.

The affiliated beach club was lovely but it would have been nice if the hotel offered a compimentary shuttle bus to the location which was approx 2km from the hotel. We took a taxi on the first morning so we knew where we were going and after that just walked to and from the beach - but a bus would have been much appreciated!.
