The staff is very friendly and very helpful Breakfast is delicious

Very small bathroom and tiny shower TV did not work very well

We had a warm welcome from the receptionist, Gloria, with champagne and some snacks. Hotel is beautiful and great location, breakfast was one of the highlights. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was wonderful! It had everything.. fresh fruit, pastries, and a pretty view.

Our room was in an odd location - had to take the elevator to the top floor then walk through the dining area and then go down a flight of stairs - it seemed like the room had been added on. Just a little quirky - should have alerted us to this when booking. Otherwise the room was very nice, very pretty and clean! Great storage and bed was very comfortable.

The hotel facilities and the room itself were beautiful, larger than usual and very clean. Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely. Staff were helpful and professional.

Hotel is pricier than most. Not in the old town.

The room, hotel, and all the staff were the absolute best. Great location!! We had such an amazing time. Breakfast was phenomenal and the ladies serving breakfast were the absolute best. Gallipoli is beautiful and they will help organize all the details of your trip. Highly recommend!!

Great location, we were celebrating my husband‘s birthday and our wedding anniversary and they gave us a free room upgrade, which was awesome. The staff is super friendly, and the room was clean & comfortable!

Comfort, beautiful lobby everything you would expect from a five star hotel. Real asset to the hotel is the people who work there, super helpful friendly and provided great information about the area.

Felt cosy, welcoming & the lady that checked me in was amazing. I was travelling alone and had a bit of a traumatic trip and she went beyond what I expected.

A beautiful hotel in a good location just outside the main centre of Gallipoli. Parking just at the rear of the hotel was a real bonus. All the staff were good & helpful.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a well-designed lobby. The location is great, and the convenient parking was a bonus. The lady at the front desk was especially helpful—she gave us excellent recommendations for food and attractions!

Small shower and the bathroom could use a bit of an update. The view from our window was a construction site behind the hotel, which took away from the sea view.

Location was not far from the old town where there are many people outside, yet the inside of the hotel was very calm and quiet. Facilities and rooms were lovely, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind!

Everything was really great except an in-house massage that both me and my partner had, and it was not worth the money.

The only little think was the view from our bedroom window its currently a building site. But overall doesn't really affect your fab stay.

The location … the rooftop patio.. our spectacular room… the cleanliness.. most of all the incredible, kind, helpful staff.
