    • Nothing the worst Hotel I ever seen in my life
    • The beach and the beach and the beach.Very nice white sandy beach.
    • NOTHING!

    Cons -

    • nothing they were really really bad people in the room. They were the shits.
    • The breakfast is so poor. For the money paid it was not really good value.A breakfast should have more to provide.Fruits almost non existing, vegetables neither. Then what about fresh fruit juice? No fresh fruit juice. It is the worst breakfast ever witnessed in my life as I travelled all around the world. Moreover , a smell of sewerage water can be detected along the beach.
    • We stayed at this place for 18 painfully long days, booking three rooms: one for me, my wife, our son, and our toy poodle; one for my mother; and one for my in-laws. Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish — the rooms were microscopic, filthy, and smelled like sewage, making it unbearable to stay inside. "Horrible" is not even enough to describe it. I can't think at something bad then this.Bathroom fixtures were a sick joke: unusable showers, child-sized toilets, and ridiculous sensor sinks that needed two people to function. The restaurant was a disgrace: disgusting hygiene, NO tablecloth, horrible food made from the cheapest ingredients, and an atmosphere more depressing than a prison. I had to ask to cancel the half-board at day 2 and went everyday to eat outside the hotel (a nightmare to find a parking spot - they allow daily guests on the beach and to park in the main parking). Staff were shockingly rude, untrained, and acted like guests were a nuisance — zero professionalism or hospitality.Parking was a mess, rules for dogs were incorrect, and everything felt like a shameless cash grab in a hotel that should be shut down permanently! For the people reading this review: Please, be aware! and find something else. The pictures are "made" to attract people, but the reality it's completely different. This hotel should be closed, I would no go there even for free. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. SHUT IT DOWN!

We had a nice room on the 4th floor with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff that spoke good English. This is a very large property that provides facilities for large tour groups and especially for young groups of children. There is a large swimming pool and jacuzzi/hot tub, with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. A football field and areas for sports. It is a very short walk to the beach with more lounge chairs and umbrellas. It was very windy when we stayed, but we still enjoyed walking along the lovely sandy beach. The breakfast was included in the price, but the lunch and dinners are a set menu at a set price of 30 euros. We travel with our small dog, so we paid an additional daily fee of 10 euros per day, but could not take her into the restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful and set up a table for us outside the restaurant on the patio.

Although this is a very nice hotel with comfortable bedrooms and very helpful, friendly staff, this is not a hotel for a quiet relaxing stay. When we arrived the parking lot was full of tour coaches and large groups of teenage children were leaving. Unfortunately, they were not well supervised or well behaved and created absolute chaos in the reception and surrounding areas. They even blocked the stairs to the hotel so we could not bring in our suitcases. It was almost impossible to communicate with the people behind the reception desk. It was so bad we said we would cancel our reservation and asked for a refund. They said they could not give us a refund so we left the hotel and went into Gallipoli in search of another hotel. We were unable to find a beach hotel that would take us and our dog, so in the evening we reluctantly returned to the hotel. The teenagers had finally left so we decided to stay. Another group of teenagers arrived the next evening and we left the hotel the next day.

I read the critics before coming to the hotel and didn't expect much. But for once the I found the negative critics were mostly wrong. It is basically an older hotel that has been newly renovated. The main asset of the hotel is the beach, which is just great, with its view, sand beach and clear water. There is also a large swimming pool. The room is newly refurbished with a beautiful view of the bay and clean. I slept great. At the time of my stay there was a whole group of teenagers on their school-excursion, but I heard nothing during the night. The staff at the reception were welcoming and I enjoyed the conversation with the bartender next to the pool. Looking back at the stay, I think I'd like to go back there for a longer stay.

Actually nothing, but there is definitely potential to make it even better. There was criticism in the comments on the hotel about the air-condition, that turned out to be centrally regulated, but I just switched it off and enjoyed the great sea-air with my window open.I was at the hotel past the main season so that for the breakfast we were only a few people in the restaurant, yet the choices were spread over the whole hall, making it look even more empty. The food was ok, but not the highlight of the hotel.

I must first say that i had a single room with a small 1-person bed.The room was very small, but that part was ok.The issue was the shower! I had never seen such a MINISCULE shower! I measured it, and it's ~ 18 x 26 inches (45 x 65 cm). I am very lean, and could not tirn while inside the shower. A rather big person would not be able to fit in! This is ridiculous. See attached picture. The outdoor pool is very big and nice.

The shower! See above...The breakfast is very much average at best. The beach is tiny and very narrow. Not appealing at all.

All going at this resort facilities staff services rooms

Restaurant closed very early in the evening about 10pm, rushed, so they need to change that aspect of customer service

The property was ok, nothing extraordinary.

Loved the idea of it being right by the sea with the privet beach. Very tasty food.

Friendly staff and always clean chambers.Good food - however breakfast for this price could he improved tremendously by adding bacon / fish / hummus and so on.

They said it had a gym which turned out to be one single bycycle and one dumbell. Furthermore they mentioned that bycycles could be rented which was not the case - the responsible was never there.

The beach next to the resort is nice

The food in the restaurant was awful, especially for lunch. There are no restaurants near the resort so you basically have to eat in the resort. They charge you for every little thing in your room (e.g. coffee that you have to make yourself is 2.5 euro per cup) Having a car is a must because there is no transportation to e.g. Gallipoli.I reached out to the resort 2 days in advance to book an airport shuttle and never got a reply.

The location , the beach, the pool , the setting of the breakfast and friendliness of staff

The bed wasn't a double bed but 2 single beds put together I was upset as I was unable to sleep on my partner's chest. No proper cupboards to unpack luggage.I didn't enjoy the breakfast in the morning as nothing with Chocolate was ever there, no chocolate pastries. I didn't like the pretentious Italian guests giving themselves lots of airs just because they were from the north of Italy and had to show they were well off , looked like a fashion show instead of being on holiday. At the first drop of rain they were moaning like spoiled brats.

-Eco resort with recycling everywhere.-Private beach. Beach was nice and we didn’t have to pay the ridiculous cost of hiring sunbeds on public beaches in Italy.-Room had a lovely sea view.-On-site pizza restaurant was very nice.-Family and pet friendly

-Small room with tiny balcony-Our main light was broken and flickering. We complained FOUR times and it wasn’t resolved before we checked out.-Everything was chargeable. For example 20 EUR to borrow a beach towel, 2 EUR for a swimming hat, lollipopsat reception 1 EUR-No iron in room or one you can borrow (you have to pay for laundry services-They advertise spa services on their website and partner websites which you can book with however you need to call the massage therapist who is not onsite and arrange this yourself. I asked reception about this and was told to sort out myself. As a minimum I would have expected reception to do this for me.-Breakfast buffet is very limited. Hot food was only scrambled egg/ hard boiled egg and there was only one option of fresh fruit that was the same every morning and no vegetable options. If you’ve vegan you will go hungry.-Beach sun beds are reserved on the front row despite them being empty most days. We were not even advised that they could be reserved or how they could be reserved as an option.-Mandatory swim hats for the pool. I’ve traveled quite a bit and this is the first time I’ve seen this. Unnecessary.-Staff were not the most helpful. There was a schedule of events and services throughout the week, none of which were explained to us and the schedule (self discovered) was only available in Italian. Pool and beach staff very unfriendly. I would however like to point out that the cleaners and car park attendant were very friendly and helpful.-Rooms were dated and need updating.-The TINIEST shower I’ve ever been in

The beach was lovely and we had it almost to ourselves, the hotel was good and the breakfast was typical for Europe. The weather was great, one member of staff was excellent.

The outside activities are unfinished or were non existent although that is seasonal, the additional restaurants were closed which again is seasonal. I would warn any brit that the evening meal is not to British taste and is served buffet style meaning that veg etc was cold so we only ate once at the hotel - preferring some long walks to find better food with choice.

    7laurenPosted on: 7-27-2022

The beach and breakfast were the best part of the hotel for our group.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable.

    5ErnstPosted on: 5-6-2022

Very poor: coffee, juices, Bread, bacon …

    5KonstantinaPosted on: 8-12-2021

Location is good and facilities offer a lot of leisure time activities - ideal for families Besides reception team with an unreasonable attitude, everyone else from the staff was friendly and tried their best for our requests

Facilities need definitely a renovation - accommodation too old - in 12 days stay our sheets were not changed once and the floor was full of dust and sand from the previous days - besides soap in the bathroom there was nothing else we could use - towels not always clean - air condition hardly functioning - breakfast too early and too poor of choice - overall no value for money - overpriced for very basic experience
