Pros +
- Great character with superb staff.
- Excellent breakfast in the hotel. Lovely staff. Very good location in the old part of Gallipoli.
- Nice courtyard, clean rooms, good location.
Cons -
- Nowhere near to a 4 star hotel. We stayed in two 4 star hotels in Italy, and both at best were 3 star hotels. Further, we paid the city tax when we arrived, and then were asked to pay again on the last day as there were no paper trail. Eventually, the staff figured out but I have big doubts for whether it was a city tax to begin with. The restaurant/breakfast was next to a parking lot which took away the atmosphere.
- Parking was a hassle. We ended up going with the paid parking in the marina area below than what sounded complicated to get "authorized" parking. Public beach close by but not maintained (seaweed) and no toilets.
- We liked everything!

Good location, friendly staffs and nice breakfast.
Nice rooms and sizable bathroom. Breakfast and staff were awesome! Good location but tricky to find upon arrival. Restaurant on site with 10% discount for guests. Shuttle to gorgeous beaches 3km away. Worth not dealing with parking and picked you up at the hotel.

Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent parking, great location, fantastic breakfast!
We liked everything!
Perfect location, in old town with parking close by. We were lucky and found a free parking spot. Clean room and comfortable beds .Great see view from our room.Good breakfast .
Great location, good breakfast, and very friendly atmosphere and staffLovely sea view
The first disappointment was the room without a window. Respective the small window was 3 high without the possibility of closing it. All the night there was same fan behind this small window. At 5 o'clock am the alarm woke us. It was a shock.I have visited hundreds of hotels, but this room shocked me.We have a half board. The waiter doesn't understand it. It takes 20 minutes to have all staff internal discussions to be able to explain to us what the proposal is to us. Also, the payment procedure for one wine and one water took 20 minutes. After seeing the presentation of your hotel, we were looking forward to being there, but it was a big disappointment.
The front desk staff helped bring this rating up, otherwise it would have been lower. I realize this was the off season. Since the restaurant was not open, and the room rate included breakfast, one of the front desk staff graciously picked up coffee and pastries and brought them to me in the lobby without charge. The room was clean and had enough bedding and towels for a one-night stay. The recommended restaurant for dinner was excellent. And the hotel is located conveniently for exploring all of Gallipoli's old city and the waterfront.
Wi-fi wasn't working anywhere outside the lobby, and so I sat in the lobby to use my phone and laptop into late in the evening and during breakfast. As noted, the restaurant wasn't open, so a regular breakfast wasn't an option, but staff helped make up for that.
Beautiful rustic hotel with lovely sea views. The two ladies at the front desk were amazing…made us feel so welcome. We were given an upgrade upon arrival to a much larger room! Three beds, tall ceilings and huge windows to take in the beautiful views. We especially loved the big walk in shower with amazing water pressure. Wonderful breakfast, and the gentleman who made our coffee was so kind. I can’t say enough nice things about this place and highly recommend it! We will definitely be back!
We loved it all!
Location was fabulous. The room was large. The front desk clerk spoke excellent English and helped with a scenic drive that we were hoping to take. The food was good. Parking was close. Staying in the historic area was exceptional.
We got a little confused by the "no drive" area coming in, but the staff was exceptional in helping us navigate that situation.
The location presented difficulties with parking where we - unknowingly - entered a restricted zone. However, the young lady on reception cleared our "offence" with the police on booking in. We found Valerie instructive and interesting in providing local and cultural information. Thanks to the male waiter who allowed us to park in front of the restaurant whilst we organised parking on the island.
Parking found to be very difficult on the island. Perhaps the hotel's literature should warn about such difficulties and direct guests to the harbour parking area.
Fun host, good location, beautiful old city
Pleasant staff. Attractive building. Close to centre.
Wifi was intermittent. As Gallipoli old town was very busy in September, it was not easy to find parking anywhere near the hotel (paid or unpaid). In retrospect, I wish that we had stayed outside of the old city centre and just walked in.Our room was quite large but slightly jaded and depressing. It felt like it could be brightened up without spending too much money.Breakfast should have been fine but the 2 (nice) staff members were struggling to keep up with the workload (clearing tables, laying them again for new people, replenishing the buffet food and making coffees). It felt as if one of the cleaning staff should have been diverted to help each morning.
Great location to explore Gallipoli. We were given clear directions how to find hotel and where to park.
We had a sea view room which was great but could be noisy at night as it was over the restaurant.
A very clean, comfortable hotel. A beautiful building in a great location.
Car parking was a bit complicated
Charming, great view, great breakfast, well located in Old Town.
AC was a little spotty but still quite pleasant.
The location was great and I enjoyed the free continental breakfast. The view from the room was nice.
Upon arrival, I was told that the air-conditioning was broken and would not be fixed until after check-out. No appropriate solutions were given to this problem. It was extremely hot in the room. The next day, I asked for a fan, which was delivered to the room, however it didn't make a difference. The WiFi also didn't work for the entire stay. When I mentioned this to a staff member, I was told it would be fixed promptly and it never was. At check-out I asked for a discount as the air-conditioning didn't work and there was no WiFi and was denied. This was very disappointing since these amenities are built into the cost of the room. The only small relief was to sleep with the window and room door open, which created a slight breeze. This was a big safety concern. Something more should have been done to rectify these problems. It's a shame because the hotel is very cute and in a nice location, but the customer service in dealing with this issues was lacking.
Breakfast was a standard buffet but nothing to get excited about. Sufficient to start the day. Position of the hotel was convenient to explore the old Town.
We were positioned in the rear of the hotel, in a room with no accessible window, ( small window about 12 foot up the wall). There was a vibrating noise that went on most of the time, may have been linked to the air conditioning unit on the roof.
