Everything was really great. Service is high level. The villa was great. And the private beach on the island is just amazing. The food is delicious. Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s unforgettable.

The hotel is amazing. Huge resort with great setup for families with small kids. Pool that gradually gets deeper, spacious villas with outdoor patio and private plunge pool.

Overall the resort was big and food was good

Everything at the resort was perfect. The breakfast was rich, villas were spacious and luxurious, the service was impeccable and the location amazing.

We liked the variation and options for dinner. Staff were always incredibly friendly and happy to help. Breakfast service was excellent. We particularly liked the bar located on the island, this was really special (however we only knew about this as we were playing golf here, the welcome team should be clearer that this is where the main beach is). Excellent golf course so close by. The cooking course we did at the resort was fantastic, this should be publicised more!

Compared to other four seasons resorts, this one seemed a little dated.Communication to book activities was a little confusing. We were also told by the hotel welcome team that there was excellent snorkelling directly from the beach on the island - this wasn't true and actually because of the boats it was dangerous to do so.Aside from the golf course, there wasn't much local to the resort, so you are limited by restaurant options. The beach and swimming areas were not particularly beautiful, and you would be better off travelling to a different part of the island for this.

Everything was amazing, for sure I will visit this amazing resort in the future.Was a great honeymoon at four seasons. Roshan and the stuff are great who made our days better.

Couldn’t be better, we had an issue because of the airline we lost one of our night, but happily all the team of the hotel took care of us we didn’t even felt sad as much as everything was perfect. I even did my proposal and they did everything to make this beautiful day for us totally unique. Big thank you to Surya and Kamal for the attention. One of the best hotel i have been.

Island is good

The service at this luxury hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was incredibly slow—I’ve been requesting an invoice for over three days, and nothing has been sent. I also waited more than 45 minutes for my luggage to be brought from my villa to the reception, almost causing me to miss my flight. The breakfast was poor, and the restaurant is overpriced for what it offers. I won’t be returning, as it’s not worth the price or the reputation associated with the Four Seasons brand.

Welcoming attitude. Nice food. Great pools and beach. Lovely stay and highly recommended. I loved using Whatsapp for communication with the hotel and room service.

Restaurants reservation system. Usually it's all fully booked but if you contact the hotel, they will help to find a slot.

I had really a bad experience , staff was very rude and unwelcoming as I realized not only in front disk but also in restaurant, I had unpleasant stay as hotel gave villa at 9 pm although I arrived at 3 pm.

Villa not that clean and missing many essential items like brush , and have many mosquitoes and insects.We stay 3 night with out hot water and it was fixed in 3rd night .Water activities staff was lazy and they rejected to use some complementary facilities as they want to sell on chargeable activities

The staff are great.. Dorebella and Terry were in the top of every thing… the Villas are beautiful, having five different restaurants with different cuisines gives you plenty of choices… I loved Umi Zaka (Asian) the most.. but honestly most of the restaurants are great… couple of bicycles incidents happened to the family, and the nurse was in no time attending for treatment… in the spa the Mauritius massage is great, I think it’s there specialty… in the fitness center the personal trainers are available to assist and guide, Jonathan ?… WiFi was great for conferences and work generally… all in all one of the best resorts in Mauritius if not the best

It’s a massive property so it is expected somethings will go wrong… but the recovery speed is lighting fast… I think the area of improvement can be on the concierge service through the WhatsApp, sometimes there communication is not clear

Review of Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita: A Disappointing ExperienceOur recent stay at the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita was unfortunately far from the exceptional service one expects from this renowned brand. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our expectations would not be met.The check-in process was an immediate disappointment. Despite arriving well past the scheduled check-in time of 3:00 PM, we were made to wait until 4:30 PM to access our villa. This delay set a negative tone for the rest of our stay, leaving us frustrated and questioning the resort's efficiency.Adding to our frustration, the receptionist informed us upon check-in that the hotel did not have card machines supporting WiFi, insisting we present our cards physically for payments. This statement turned out to be false, as we later discovered that all restaurants, the spa, and other facilities did indeed have WiFi-enabled card machines. This misinformation further undermined our confidence in the staff's competence and honesty.The staff, across various departments, demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism and competence, except the Spa staff. Receptionists seemed indifferent and unhelpful, unable to provide clear information or address our concerns effectively. The finance team was equally disappointing, mishandling billing inquiries and failing to resolve issues promptly.Dining experiences were marred by slow and inattentive service. Waiters appeared untrained and disinterested, resulting in long waits for basic requests and incorrect orders. This level of service is in stark contrast to the high standards typically associated with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts globally.Our dissatisfaction peaked when we raised our concerns with management. Rather than addressing our issues with genuine concern and understanding, they hurriedly offered a compensation of a two-hour speed boat experience.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita and paid for my room through Booking. However, upon completing my stay and settling my bill with Booking, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had charged me an identical amount directly. This unexpected charge has significantly affected my vacation budget.While my stay at the resort was otherwise enjoyable, this billing issue has caused considerable inconvenience. I urge the hotel to review its billing procedures and address this matter promptly to prevent similar issues for future guests.I look forward to a swift resolution and a refund of the duplicate charge.Thank you.
