The hotel and staff were amazing! They were extremely accommodating and even offered us late check out. The staff was very polite and friendly. The grounds were impeccably kept and the restaurants were beautiful.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The team welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to spacious, beautifully maintained rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The service throughout our visit was exceptional every request was handled with professionalism and a genuine smile. We also decided to extend our stay, and the process was handled smoothly without any hassle.Everything from the cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and staff attention exceeded expectations. We had a fantastic stay, largely thanks to Abdessamia at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. His recommendations for local restaurants were perfect. Would definitely return because of service like his!

A quiet place, with friendly staff. Hi hospitality, great food quality.I have tried the Italian and Spanish restaurants and food quality were amazing. You can enjoy the place with your family or as couples.

Prices are bit high comparing to other 5 star hotels in other countries.

Great Location beautiful golf fantastic pool rooms are spacious and clean. Beautiful indoor Gym and heated pool. The staff they were amazing.

The staff I had such a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the clean pools and the exceptionally tidy rooms. The breakfast provided was also delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I would highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at The View Bouznika,beachfront hotel near Bouznika, Morocco. The spacious, immaculate room offered breathtaking ocean views from a private terrace, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor seawater pools, a rejuvenating spa with treatments like balneotherapy and cryotherapy, and a well-equipped gym. Dining was a delight, with multiple restaurants serving fresh, delicious cuisine. Special thanks to Loubna from housekeeping for her meticulous attention to detail, and to the entire staff for their warm hospitality. I highly recommend The View Bouznika for a luxurious and memorable seaside retreat.

I loved everything really. I came here for my birthday weekend and to heal after a rough year and a recent surgery ( 2 weeks ago). They made that possible. The staff is very professional, friendly and kind. They gifted me a mini cake, bouquet of flowers, a massage and decorated my bed with flower petals. Which made me really happy and glad to have chosen the view Bouznika previously known as Vichy for this event. Highly recommend it, you won’t regret your stay here. And once again thank you The view Bouznika and all the staff for this amazing stay !!

We were there at the perfect time. From 2-6 January 2025, we were lucky because there was enough guests to experience the full menu. Not so lucky the last 2 days, but the excellent staff was able to get almost anything that was not displayed the last 2 days. I always hate to name names, because invariably I forget someone, but gold stars go to Mehdi, Jihane, Karim, Jihad, Fatima Zara (+the women that she recommend for my hammam and my sister’s massage) , and Lubiana sp?? Who was in charge of the floors housekeeping & room service. Sorry for all those names that I didnt mention because the whole team was awesome. I want to stay at least 20 days next time.

The things that could have been better will be better during periods when more guests are at the hotel.

An incredible place! We had a wonderful vacation at the hotel. The breakfast was beyond praise, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Ayoub from housekeeping and Zhour for the impeccable cleanliness of the room. It’s great that the water supply in the rooms is regularly replenished. Some reviews mention the lack of a beach, but if you walk a little away from the hotel, you can find a spot cleared of rocks where you can swim.

The house keeping are very kind, especially Ayoub, he is an amazing host!The Spa is wonderful and very relaxing, very professional infrastructure and staff...All swimming pools water come from the ocean

The bed is à bit uncomfortable, and the décoration in the room is average. Also the little snacks at the minibar are overpriced since the rooms are already expensive

The pool area and kids club were great.

The service and prices at the V restaurant and the service at Spanish tapas place which was terrible. Opening hours of the pool were not adhered to.

Reception manager and Ayoub housekeeper were so friendly, attention to details,and flexible with the check out time even though I had an emergency and I didn’t use it. But the gesture was amazing from them.Ayoub HK was very kind and professional.

Review : the hotel is not bad, but rather 4 European stars. Upon check-in, the price differed from the one stated on the Book in a big way. The manager - Sad was very rude and cursed and demanded payment like them. The rooms are small and bright. The restaurants are average , the prices are very expensive for such food . There is no sea - you cannot swim in it . The tide is out , the water is far away and the bottom is black . In general, we do not recommend it - there are many places much better for that kind of money.

We spent a week here and enjoyed every moment to the fullest, pampered by a staff always ready to meet every request with exceptional courtesy. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Thank you to everyone!
