NA. Everything was great: this is small and potentially picky, but my only suggestion would be to change the exterior hallway tiles, we were there during rainy season and it was a little slippery but this is very minor and overall our experience was a 10/10

I booked this stay for friends celebrating their wedding, and they enjoyed it so much that they extended their stay. The room was beautiful, and Rajae was very helpful—communication was smooth and everything was well prepared.

Overall, everything was great, just a small note that some services like laundry are more expensive compared with similar establishments.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel was out of this world words cannot describe how amazing it was. From being met at reception by Nabij and his colleagues to the wonderful Sara on reception. What a welcome! The hotel and our room were amazing but better still was the staff. Every staff member was so polite and welcoming it was truly a wonderful experience. This was probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend if staying in Rabat.

The room was very clean and the amenities were great.The staff was welcoming and nice and very helpful especially Karim (valet service).

Gorgeous hotel on the Riviera, just 30 min drive from Rabat. We enjoyed the peacefulness and proximity to the beach. The hotel is itself very modern and clean.

The pool was not heated (around 17 degrees), which made it difficult to enjoy. In addition, sometimes we were left under the impression that the staff struggled to pay attention to all guests as the hotel was very busy throughout. For instance, on a couple of occasions, we had to call room service multiple times as basic facilities such as shower gel were not refilled upon cleaning the room.

Staff in the 99 sushi restaurant were a mess: called me after the dinner to the room and told me i left without paying (not true).

I truly enjoyed staying here, the stunning location offers breathtaking ocean views that perfectly complement the serene and luxurious atmosphere. My room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and provided the ultimate comfort, while the room service was prompt, courteous, and delivered delicious meals that added to the indulgence. From the exceptional service to the attention to detail, everything about my stay exceeded expectations.

The breakfast fell short compared to other Conrad hotels in the region. The selection leaned heavily toward French and Western options, with very limited representation of Middle Eastern flavors. This was a disappointment, as the richness and diversity of Middle Eastern cuisine present such a wonderful opportunity to elevate the dining experience. Incorporating more local and regional dishes would not only enhance the variety but also celebrate the culinary heritage of the region. It’s a shame that this aspect of the hotel didn’t live up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Conrad properties.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The staff and service (across almost every function) were really really disappointing, keeping in mind that the occupancy rate of the property was pretty low at the time of my stay (20% ~ 30% Maximum). Yet:• We asked them everyday since checking-in to clear the fridge and mini-bar, yet, we checked-out and left the property and the Fridge and mini-bar has not been cleared.• During breakfast, we literarily asked every waiter in the resturant for water. All of them ignored us, and only provided the water on a 2nd/3rd reminder.• Upon checking-out, and keep in mind that the occupancy rate was pretty low, we asked the guest relations to send over the bell captain to collect the luggage. Half an hour later I went to the entrance of the hotel and asked the bell-captain myself why is it taking forever to come, he replied that no one from the front-desk/guest-relations had informed him. And after that he shows up to the room without a cart to collect the luggage (6 suitcases: 4 Large and 2 carry-ons).This is not the service and treatment I’d expect and accept from a 3-stars hotel, let alone this was a 5-stars hotel and one of the most expensive in Rabat. Never again!!!

The hotel was clean.

The room was cold when we arrived and took a long time to heat.The decoration was uninviting and lacked imagination.It is not convenient for business as it is a long way from the City.

Spectacular view, wonderful staff, everything was so perfect we stayed an extra day. The bathtub was wonderful!
