The service is low ,cold, and poor.Soap and shampoo are not of a 5-star hotel. They are of a 2-star. Breakfast was chaotic and unsafcient.

Maybe the location but that have nothing to do with the hotel !

At the checking we weren't greeted at all it was like going through customs because we felt like we may stay in or we may get the boots! It took a while to find our payed reservation ! When we got the room keys we got directions to the room my wife went to get the luggage and the bell man didn't even offer to help ! The room was a mess nothing is offer like it's advertise no coffee bar no soap ! For a five star hotel i seen rooms better equipped in 2 stars hotls here in morocco !

On the bright side, the hotel lobby is beautiful — spacious and nicely furnished. Unfortunately, that’s the only highlight.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke — completely unacceptable. No towels, and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call for help. Service at the pool bar was awful: long waits, and no interest in guests. The pool was overrun by kids — noisy and chaotic. No music, no vibe, no atmosphere. As for the beach? No service at all. You have to walk up to the pool bar just to get ignored again. It’s honestly shocking this place is rated 5 stars — feels more like a 2-star at best.

Shower doors left massive water deposits outside the shower. A simple weather strip would have fixed that. The only ATM never had money available. I requested assistance for five consecutive days. Nothing! The Ocean Beach (it was well advertised) was littered badly from beach goers. Plastics, diapers… we did not go in the water. It was gross to even walk the ocean front. We used the hotel pool. The cordoned off sand beach area for the hotel was very clean and well kept.

The pictures are quite deceiving as the hotel needs refreshments, however, we enjoyed our stay. Staff are pleasant and helpful, food was good. Not much going on surrounding hotel so we mostly eat in the hotel. The hotel is straight to the sea so the scenery is beautiful. My husband and I agreed that if we would like to have a short and quiet break, we would return to this hotel.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the food at the waterfront restaurant was delicious. The reviews we read mentioned that the facility was dated, which we were fine with. Unfortunately several things in our 2 adjoining rooms were broken - including the tub faucet, loose bathroom tiles, and a loud rattling heater. Because both rooms had issues, it seems like a facility-wide problem. Overall, we spent most of our time outside and enjoyed our stay.

The suite was roomy and quiet. i had a lot to take care of in Casa, Rabat, and Kenitra, but had a great place to relax at the end of the day. The bathtub was nice, as well as the king bed. Didn't have time to explore any other amenities.

This is my favorite place to stay in Morocco! The location is absolutely stunning, with a private beach offering beautiful seating and views. There’s also an infinity pool that adds to the luxurious experience. The view from the room was mesmerizing, and the staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring we got the room with the best view. We dined at the hotel every evening, and the meals were delicious. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all enjoyed with a fantastic view of the sea and beach. Private parking is available, which is a great convenience. Overall, I would love to return and stay here again!

the place is full of mold not clean, Wifi low, food not fresh. only slept there for 1 night. i would like my refund.

The day passes caused a shortage of pool loungers, parking was challenging, and the sliding bathroom doors that didn’t close properly were inconvenient, especially with a small child.

Requested slippers twice. Not provided. Toilet seat has too many marks, need replacement. This is 5 star hotelSomeone walked into the room 9:30am.. i told her go out she said i am just checking!!!

The lifeguard rescued my niece from drowning, I big thanks to him.

The pool bathrooms was super dirty. The room service never respond the calls. The housekeeping ignored my request to have 2 more blankets.

The employee who dealt with us at the reception upon arrival was not honest with us, as he initially claimed that the rooms were not rented, and perhaps he wanted us to pay again, but we refused to pay, because the value of the rooms was paid in advance upon booking.

Very bad service especially the restaurant and room service, one hour to get an expresso two hours to get the food at the restaurant etc….
