Breakfasst was great, the staff was friendly, they place is clean, wifi is good, and they have a 24 hour open bar, I'd come back again, and recommend it.

I like the staff and the breakfast.

The room was fine but they had turned off the air conditioning for the winter and we had to open the window. It was fine at the end but it was a surprise we were not expecting it since the booking said it had air conditioning. Also, there was mold in the shower.

Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was extraordinary.

Light in bathroom could be brighter.

The air conditioning or should I say lack of it was about 78 degrees in our room and they couldn’t do anything about it - the ac guy came the next day but all he did was change the air filter

Reception staff were friendly and attentive. The room and entire faculty was clean and. All in good working order.

The room could not be cooled lower than @ 24C. Television was poor quality- audio was muffled and the visual image would fragment and have interference whenever the light switch near the TV was used. I single lite in the bathroom. There was a balcony but no furniture

Location was great, no parking but lots of on street, free parking close by. The room was very clean and quite WIFI was excellent and free. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. 3 flavours of juices, cold meat/cheece and hot options. Different types of bread and cereal. There was also a bar area with soft drinks and wines - reasonably priced. Staff at reception were very helpful.

The hotel is in a good location, at the very entrance to the city, but very close to the center. When you check in, you get a paper with all the instructions, the nearest parking lot in the center, recommendations for restaurants, pizzerias, etc. We really appreciated that. The breakfast was varied, excellent croissants, coffee, cocoa. Of the savory items to choose from, there were 2 types of cheese, 2 types of salami, hard-boiled eggs, vegetables (which unfortunately looked dried out and old some mornings), several types of bread, cheese spread, butter, fried bacon, omelette, hot dogs (which also looked dried out sometimes), a very large selection of sweet items and very tasty, lots of marmalade and nutella, various fruits. So you can choose a completely different breakfast every day, which is great. There was always parking on the street and they literally park everywhere. The hotel is comfortable, the children's corner is great for small children, you can always refresh yourself with drinks at the reception and croissants are sometimes available after 10 am. The staff is super kind and friendly. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, with a large enough refrigerator. The bathroom with shower, comfortable. The beds are comfortable, you can ask for extra pillows at the reception if you are missing them.

The only downside to the hotel is that the shower door is very difficult to close, there is no shelf in the shower for our shampoos because you have to keep them on the floor. There is also no shelf in the bathroom to store things. Everything else is great.

Good location! Opposite is a bus stop that go you to train station! Large and very clean room! Very nice staff! Good breakfast!

The location was the wrong side of town fr the city centre or port area but it was 15-20 mins walk to there. You could also get a bus. We booked it for a good price place to stay the night before our flight home and it met all our expectations. The staff were very helpful and had excellent English.

Long walk from town, very basic room facilities

Actually not much. Due to business trips I spend 50% of my nights in hotels, this is the worst since 2021. The staff was very nice and breakfast good.

Dirty sheets (see photos) and moldy bathrooms. The lighting is very bad. The elevators have some problems.

Excellent location, 10 minutes drive to the airport. 20 minutes walk to the city center, bus stop opposite the hotel. A number of restaurants nearby too. Nice breakfast.

Some noise from the road in some of the rooms. No kettle in the rooms for making tea/ coffee.

Clean and simple hotel .Park car on the street. Noting to do around the hotel.

Far form the city center. Also, the building is old and generally all the facilities are old. The cleanness of the rooms can be improved

Very nice and helpful staff. It was clean, the room was as described. Nice breakfast. I think it is a good place to stay when in Brindisi.

I thought it was closer to the old town - at least it is what booking says. So we were a little dissapointed on the location.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were SUPER helpful. Got a great page with important information and some things to do on it. Great coffee and breakfast! On the bus route to town. It’s not a long walk but in the heat it’s a bit brutal ?
