The Breakfast was perfect. Great options, not your usual buffet. The location is amazing!

The bed was a bit hard and the furniture seemed dated. Not dirty, worn or falling apart part, DATED.

The location was excellent. The view of the harbor from the window was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful.

You can see that there was a time when this hotel was the height of luxury, but sadly no longer. The room was nice but poorly furnished, the towels weren't plush, the bed was uncomfortable and the bed linens were worn. We were disappointed.

Very nice waterfront location! I would stay there again. Nice location , short walk to the center of town.

Rooms are tired.

Great staff. They were able to accommodate us for an early check-in. The property is grandeur of the past. It’s a truly historic and authentic Italian building. The decor is like the19th century. We had a harbor view king room with comfortable bed, large walk-in shower, robes plus slippers too. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices and good quality. It’s right in the center of historical buildings and the waterfront promenade right out front was wonderful. Perfect location to walk to many historic sites.

Stay here every time I travel to Brindidsi for work, close to the ferry and surrounded by the towns best restaurants.

The location is the best part of this hotel. Staff was nice and breakfast was decent.

Hard beds, floor in room was caving in, rough towels. The power went out twice. Once at midnight and came back on then out again the next day for over 5 hours at the height of the day. Staff did not communicate well nor was there management on site to assist. Water and snacks could have been distributed to the guests. A little customer service would have gone a long way

The hotel had character and elegant touches. I had to check out before breakfast was available so unable to comment on that amenity. Despite being right on the promenade, I heard no sound from outside my window.

Carpet had stains here and there, but otherwise a very nice hotel.

A charming historic building in an excellent location with convenient access to key areas.I had a room with a beautiful view of the port, which was a highlight of the stay.The staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast was good.

It’s quite tired withthreadbare carpets, damp on the walls in our room with flaking plaster and a sour smell until we opened the window. Breakfast is rather sparse with little effort to replenish things - the fresh fruit for example and some of the staff were rather surly. We also had some damage to our car overnight which we feel happened in the hotel garage, but the hotel showed complete disinterest

Good selection of cold meats, cheeses. Great selection of cakes and croissants as well as fresh fruit and yoghurt

Cooked breakfast was not very nice- salty and oily scrambled eggs. Coffee was horrible. Extra charge for fresh orange juice.

Hotel is run down, things are broken, spartanic, not a 4-star hotel at all; no pictures in the hotel room, instead a huge white wall to stare at. no comfy seat to relax after a long day, a small wooden chair for a small desk. The bar in the lobby is not attended, there was no one else; in the room cheap instant coffee that is not automatically refilled, not even a proper spoon to stir the coffee.

The smell of sewage in our bathroom. No tea/coffee making facilities. Small bar, but it was never open. Breakfast was not very good.
