Good location and perfect for an early flight. Staff can help you with getting a taxi for 25 euros to the airport.

The room wasn’t very clean, found multiple hairs on the bedding and the filter in the bathroom was dirty. And multiple items were (almost) broken such as the toilet roll holder and toilet seat.

the staff is very friendly and nice. There are well-maintained e-bikes available to rent.

To use the toilet at least in room 112 you have to be a member of the Chinese National Circus (and you have the toilet cover in your back), the bathroom is extremely narrow.On the last day there was no hot water.

Location was close to the train station.

The room had a really uncomfortable single bed for nearly €80 with a broken mosquito net and a dodgy busted lock. I felt uncomfortable enough to sleep with my suitcase wedged between the door and wardrobe so it couldn’t be opened from the outside in the night. I was able to do this because the tiny room was triangle shaped. I would highly recommend everyone not to stay in this terrible place. The pictures are several decades old.

The hotel is near to the station The room was just enough size for one person. They provided bottle openers in the room.

The water container for the WC was pretty noisy when it refilled.

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Only stayed one night so I didn't meet any other staff..Everything was very clean and good. Comfortable bed and room.

It was very hot and difficult to sleep. The air conditioning was working but not strong enough to cool the room to my preference

The staff was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help and manage any issue. The hotel is right in the middle of the city, with restaurants, shops and anything you would need within a 5 minutes walk, including the train station. 100% would recommend.

Value for money

The staff here are very warm and friendly. It is perfectly located close to the train station and a short stroll brings you to the stunning port of Brindisi. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the airport and an excellent stop for flights late at night or early morning.

It was a little confusing how to drive to when not used to driving in Brindisi especially navigating at night.
