- Clean, slick design and modern
- I didn’t have time for the breakfast because I had an early flight, but I had it available for me. Everybody at the front desks were incredibly helpful.
- My boyfriend and I stayed at this elegant and professional hotel for 13 days, and we highly recommend it. We would also like to extend our specific thanks to the many staff members who provided exceptional and warm service.First and foremost, the hotel places a strong emphasis on cleanliness. Having traveled from Japan to Italy, I found its level of hygiene to be on par with the high standards of Japanese hotels. The housekeeping was also very prompt and flexible, accommodating our schedule and needs.Secondly, the reception was outstanding. Both check-in and check-out were efficient. The main entrance has an electronic lock at night, and even when we returned late, there was always a lobby manager on duty to open the door for us. This was crucial for our peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our evenings out. However, what we were most pleased with during our stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a rich variety of fresh food that showcases the local flavors of Italy and Brindisi. The fruit was always fresh and of high quality, and a selection of yogurt, nuts, and various beverages was also available. In the dining area, all staff members were courteous, professional, and efficient. We were particularly satisfied with and grateful for the service provided by Viviana. She is enthusiastic and full of energy; she also provided us and other guests with valuable information about major local events, which was incredibly helpful. I hope to see her again on our next visit.
Cons -
- Was unfortunate that elevator was under maintenance and unserviceable for the time I stay there
- One minor complaint -- the floor of the shower stall is somewhat slippery. I'm sure this makes it easier to clean, but might cause problems for older folks, or people with mobility issues. Or people who like to wash their feet.
- The room was a little small, but definitely big enough

This hotel is fairly conveniently located near the center of town, not far from the Corso Roma and Corso Umberto. It's only about 600 meters from the Brindisi rail station, which, for me, is an acceptable walk with luggage. As its name implies, the hotel caters to business travelers. The rooms, while compact, are not cramped. I can't tell how old the building is -- it seems quite new, or recently refurbished. The complimentary breakfast was great, with a lot more choices than most hotels, including a lot of fresh fruit, and baked goods. They do not scrimp. The wait staff really hustled to keep things moving. I arrived on a Sunday, when many restaurants are closed, and Simona was able to direct me to where restaurants might best be found.

It made us feel at home and very comfortable especially for a small town. The staff were all friendly, charming and very helpful. They spoke little Wnglish but enough to get your point across. When in Brindisi, I highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. One thing, breakfast was good and it was not just a continental breakfast. Very filling!!
The location of the hotel is fantastic, literally steps away from the main shopping/dining streets and a short walk to the port- also less than 15 minutes to the airport, even in a little trafficThe staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had a very early departure and they not only ensured we had a taxi (that arrived about 10 minutes *early* so we had no anxiety at all about the timing to get to the airport), they also offered to at least make us a coffee since it was well before breakfast hours. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was QUIET despite a literal street festival happening outside
The room was a little small, but definitely big enough
The hotel is located right at Bridisi´s cete center. All the top attraction of the beaitiful city center are walking distance from it. Staff was super professional and very helpfull and my room was very comfortable, spotless, and with modern furniture and a very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very good. A pity I could only stay one night.
Everything was just fantastic. The staff was very polite and helpful (in perfect English). The location is in the core of the pedestrian area. The parking was close, spacious and secure. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was spacious, clean, the bed comfy, the bathroom a pleasent surprise. All in all, we booked another night on our way back :)
Great proximity to food and things to do. Clean, helpful staff, friendly. Great size bathroom and shower.
Would have liked shampoo and conditioner and body wash to be provided. Only body wash.
The location was excellent
The room had a flashing light on the ceiling. The refrigerator was noisy, and there was a booming noise periodically—the elevator?
Clean modern rooms. Great breakfast. Staff were all exceptional.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room could be better. Paper cups in a 4 star hotel, why no crockery??Room was a little noisy, the mini bar makes odd noises at times.
The hotel was easy to access from station. The room had a kettle, extra blankets and a heated showr rail in bathroom.Shower pressure and hot water were very good. The breakfast was exceptionally good although not cooked to order but coffees were made to order. You can ask for cups to make tea otherwise paper cups are supplied.
We booked the frenchbed without looking at measurements and realising it was smaller than a double bed as my husband is over 6ft I was perched on the edge all night. We stayed twice and the second time with a normal size bed the room was much better. Both times our rooms overlooked front of hotel where there is a games/video centre where people congregate and yell to 2am.If you shut the windows this is fine but my husband sleeps with an open window so not fine at all, very noisy. The heating was on full pelt and couldn't be changed it was unbearably hot so had to open the windows and then the noise all night.
Liked the cleanliness and large bathroom. Not too keen on the decor which was cold and hospital like. The hot breakfast options were very limited.
Immaculately clean. Housekeeping was very good. Big and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Everything within walking distance. Excellent staff.
Everything. Very central Brindisi stay. Staff were amazing. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Great showers! Breakfast also started the day well. Would recommend & definitely stay again.
Nothing to fault
Central, clean and great service.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was lovely and comfortable, very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Although I have no idea why they served boiled carrots as a cooked item.
No bar. Parking a little difficult and away from hotel but not too far away.
