Lovely friendly staff. Great location for airport after a late flight into Brindisi.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. The place felt like a motel.

The rooms are big and clean. Basic accomodation for sleeping there. Airconditioning was great!The pool was clean, smaller than you would expect form the pictures but decent.

They were not aware of our reservation claiming that they had a electricity problem the day we did our booking and didn't had Internet. So that they didn't receive any email from booking.com to inform them about our reservation. There was no coffee at the room.Breakfast was very basic, no fruits, very limited choice. Drinks from paper and plastic cups....Because we were there for a sport compétition, we got eggs (I think the organisation took care of that) but normally it's just bread and cake (??)The staff hardly speaks any English. I got charged extra 'city taxes' ... Which they didn't communicate at the check-in. When checking out, I asked for an invoice (I'm here as coach and I would like to put part of my stay in the administration of my business). And the woman at the front desk started laughing with me because she already gave me a said tiny paper and claimed that it was my invoice.... It looked more like a ticket.The way she ridiculised me while she hardly spoke any English just was humiliating!!

Territory is spacy and green.

Everything run down and old. Even flags of the countries are hanging old and broken. No respect at all.Breakfast just cold and dry sweet staff. In restaurant plastic is used for dishes - glasses, spoons etc. Dies not fit for such a place.No eating options on Saturday and Sunday, just Vending machine with water, soft drinks, crisps and chocolate bars.

Love the tranquility and peaceful surroundings....pretty gardens lovely pool....

Maybe some fresh fruit at breakfast....would be nice

The evening staff dealt with a difficult situation politely and professionally.

We came at the worst possible time, when the hotel was suffering power cuts due to a storm. While the evening staff did their best, the lack of power showed up all the crumbling infrastructure. Not only were there no lights (no back-up generator?), there was no water, not even enough to brush one’s teeth or flush the toilets. The room door-locks were malfunctioning and made loud noises throughout the night. The telephone to reception did not work and looked like it may never have done so. The breakfast was minimal and without coffee since the machines could not function. The combination of no light, no water, no security (and no coffee!) meant that the hotel’s facilities were not just unacceptable, they were dangerous.

Night staff is really rude, I had problem with my tv, that doesn't work and they did not do anything. Also the door access was beeping and it kept for all the time I was there.

Location is brilliant...very close to airport...we hired a car..safe parking....lovely pool....can't wait to come back.

Non working air conditioner Staff laughed to this problem Ignored the guest’s issue of hot rooms After insisting for 30 minutes and insisting that the rooms should be changed the receptionist finnaly changed the room

Asked for an extra pillow and was in the room when arrived. Top jobNice pool area and lots of parking.

One lady on reception was fantastic very hospitable and friendly however younger lady was rude dismissive and when we asked for a drink she was really put out by the request. Ants in room which can happen in warm climate however got worse even after room was sprayed by very nice maintenence man.

The price & location to the airport also it was very clean

It was very clean. The pool area was lovely and it was in a nice, quiet location in the countryside 10 mins outside of Brindisi.

The staff were extremely unhelpful. The buses were very irregular and taxis were expensive.

The property is located conveniently close to the airport. On arrival, on a Sunday night, the restaurant was closed but a very helpful lady on reception directed us to a restaurant approx 1km away. This is an excellent restaurant and even without reservation we were accommodated and very well fed. The hotel pool is very pleasant and a bonus in hot weather.The rooms are a very generous size and linen and towels are clean and fresh. The motel style, with individual parking spaces for each unit is also very convenient.

The shower, in one of the units we stayed in, was tired and in need of an upgrade.Breakfast options are very limited, very carbohydrate heavy. Some fresh fruit and maybe a little cheese or meat would be a welcome addition.

Location and price. Good parking facilities. Dinner was good but expensive, breakfast was excellent with lots of homemade cakes.

Got there in the pitch black . Staff seemed ok room was just what you get . I managed to park my bike right by the front door I slept had my breakfast , which consisted of cake and mot cake ? pear juice was nice at the end of the day it was somewhere to sleep

No good when I got there . Ended up in some high rise housing estate , not places you would want to go , mange’s to get a pizza . People was nice who served me . Back at the hotel no mobile signal and Wi-Fi useless . Don’t know if the phone signal was no good due to the army base right next door

We were allowed to check in to our room a couple of hours before normal check in time. A very nice pool area. Good room size. Very clean.

Breakfast choices were limited. One coffee machine did not work properly. The evening meal was only a set menu at 25 euros.

The garden with a pool was nice. Also, a good restaurant is nearby. Spacious parking and near the airport.

The scenery....around the hotel was lovely....pleasant gardens...very laid back...and relaxing...wonderful pool...staff was polite and accommodating

Everything was great....but wished the mini fridge was bigger..!!!!!

The hotel is located about 5km from Brindisi and we choce it to ensure security of our car overnight. Good parking inside a secure area. The room was large with good AC and a good bathrooom. There is a pool but we did nto havetime to use it. We will stay again.

The hotel is worn and tired. Little use faciloities probably after covid. The breakfast was very limited and staff were less than helpful. Very basic fcilities
