Pros +
- Well located, very clean, well run with great staff
- Centrally located in Brindisi, easy to reach by bus from the airport or by foot from the train station, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, would definitely return for my next stay in town
- GREAT LOCATION - VERY CLOSE TO TRAIN STATION and area felt safe
Cons -
- bar service was poor and barman was not friendly
- Interior was dated, especially the hallways with stained and faded carpet. Gives an impression of past luxury in decline.
- the staff - they did not inform us that the parking was 15 Euro and super hard to find. it was a surprise for us the next day to have to pay extra for parking when it should be included. We got a room for 172 euro and then decides to get an extra room the day of our arrival and they charged us 60 euro. Price disparity was unfair. But also the lady on the front desk was rude and comfrontational.

After hours of traveling across Italy appreciated the good shower with instant hot water and excellent water pressure. Great that able to walk from train station. Attentive breakfast maitre d. Buffett breakfast included beautifully prepared scrambled eggs and a delicious range of pastries. High level of hospitality with all staff being so very welcoming. Liked colourful designer furniture in lobby.
Great location near the train station and easy walk to the port area of restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was good.
The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly.
We didn’t care much for the location being across from the Brindisi train station, but the location did allow you to see all different people traveling through Brindisi port.
Staff were wonderful ~ connected us to the room we requested! No questions asked! Great guidance for walking tours & sightseeing
location opposite train station and helpful staff
more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel
Perfect location. Cheerful staff. Fabulous breakfast! Lovely room.
I was greeted at 2:30am and thankful that a real person was there to greet me! Everyone was very hospitable. It was a brief visit but I was pleased with the accommodations. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was a wonderful surprise of fresh foods!
Unfortunately I had some heavy luggage that was difficult to climb the front steps and did not understand the directions from the train station just across the way. Other than that no complaints.
The staff were excellent. Emanuela and Perla on reception could not have been more warmly welcoming and helpful
The rooms were over heated
Absolutely amazing. The reception was very friendly and accommodating to my early arrival. The room was exceptional. The breakfast variety exceeded my expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer! :)
The hotel is located conveniently near the main shopping street. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay fun and comfortable. Salvatore was our bar master and he did an excellent job making us feel at home. The breakfast was very plentiful and fresh.
There isn’t anything that comes to mind.
Location from train, easy walk to waterfront, good breakfast
Cleanliness, Breakfast, Facilities
No hot water in the shower during some certain hours
Comfy beds. Excellent breakfast . Very convenient for railway station.
Great location. 1 minute from train station excellent stopover from airport Spotlessly clean good breakfast
The breakfast was good. We had our breakfast very late (almost the last ones) and the eggs were overcooked since they were sitting on the warmer for a long time. But, fresh orange juice that you can make yourself with a huge juicer machine there was amazing. A variety of Italian pastries and fresh fruits were also available.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected. But it was tidy.
