Great location.

The power in our room went out at midnight. We could not charge our phones, we had to shower in the dark, my husband’s breathing machine couldn’t work. We called the front desk and got no answer. In the morning when we checked out we got no apologies

Good value, location, and nice facility.

Great location in the heart of the city. Staff were excellent, notably Fein helping us with airport transfers. Linens were great, from bed to bath. Room darkening shade. Rooms were clean and modern for us. Breakfast was excellent in our opinion.

From beginning to end, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and wonderfully professional.

No one to assist single older woman to get luggage up the stairs from street to lobby.

Great location with reserved parking, close to the port, many restaurants and shopping. Andrea and Fien made it easy to check in and provided recommendations on where to go for a drink or where to visit for a 1/2 day trip. They were always extremely helpful and deserve a raise. Great buffet breakfast.

Older property with some toilet flushing issues to start. Mold visible in in tub at water jet outlets. Need to clean and flush out the jets.

Alexander, is an exceptional hotel manager, as is the Italian at the morning front desk, whose name I did not get. All the staff were amazing. It is a very well-run hotel in the heart of Brindisi, on a beautiful street, just two small blocks from the sea front promenade. The bed was very comfortable with lovely, luxurious pillowcases. Nice touch.There was no street noise, lovely black out shutters, and fly-screens on the windows.Parking was underground, easy to enter and exit, and spacious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The plank flooring in our room had two small gaps, where the planks did not meet. If it was under the bed, we would never have seen them.

Very nice hotel at great location and with very convinient parking. The room is comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast is exellent. And extreamely helpful staff at reception!!

The breakfast was really good and had a great variety. The husband and wife team at the front desk are great ambassadors for the hotel. They have the perfect personalities for their jobs

Hotel was located in the historical centre of Brindisi. Staff members at reception and breakfast were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. No additional charge for breakfast or internet. Many restaurants within a short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for one night to be close to the airport. Great location. Close to restaurants, shops and the water. Very clean and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
