B&B Hotel Madrid Getafe

Secured parking on the site. Short stay as we had to leave early morning to head to the airport.

It says Bed and Breakfast but breakfast was not included. Also, the quality of the breakfast appeared substandard. Also, at the time of booking, I was convinced that the breakfast was included but at the check-in, I was told it was not. Little deceiving.

All things was good, specially bed was very good. 24 h have a coffe/ tea and totally free.

Have no place for smoking in side or out side of hotel, you have to smoke in rain

Staff at reception was super friendly. Ample amount of parking spaces.

Walk to metro station is a but long but we were prepared for that.

The room and its amenities. All are updated and modern. The staff is always ready to support and make your stay pleasant.There is always coffee ready for you, and also you have a private parking lot (if you have a car).The location is perfect (There is a Supermarket in front), you are close walking to Getafe Central (Train Station).The beds are very confortable and they could accomodate us, in two interconected rooms.

Late check in. I used this hotel many times, and notonce they accepted to check in at least 1 hour earlier although I emailed them in advance

No facial tissues in the room, had to buy some from the supermarket across the streetHeating system is really old There is no trash bin in the room, the only one is in the washroomIt seems like there is no fan or ventilation in washroom, so beware that you will need to open the windows to get airHad horrible experience with their EV charger, as staff mentioned instructions are clear on the charger, however we end up with no support and spent hours with no luck charging the car, as one of the requirements we discovered that you need an app and credit card of Spanish citizen only! This doesn’t make sense to refer your foreign tenants to hit a wall!Don’t use that charger, go nearby and charge via Zunder or Wenea as they are modern and accept credit cards and Apple Pay or Google Pay or even using their apps

Bathrooms are old and need an upgrade.Bathroom floor tiles were loose which is not very safe.I feel the room is just lacking that coziness.Breakfast was ok.But other than that it was good

Very sleek and modern. Rooms fully equipped, very comfortable bed, great location. Easy 15 minute walk to metro.

great location, clean rooms free coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby and very secure parking free. Lidl across the street was so nice.

I liked the location was great and near to my son accommodation.

The room, bedding etc is super basic but value ok ok considering what I paid for it

Well-located Hotel with attentive staff and a good selection of food for breakfast, convenient car park and good restaurants around.

I suggest take a small car as Car Park access to underground is a ramp and is quiet narrow.

Was the third time when we booked this hotel, just because was the most recent in the area. And we selected it because the location was very close to our interest.

I can’t say is a 4 star experience. The room was strongly smelling of cigarettes and chlorine used for cleaning. Chipped floor tiles, toilet sitting partially broken.

I enjoyed my stay

Majority of the room cleaning ladies had an attitude that was rather rude. Otherwise the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for what we aimed for actually. After a long flight from Indonesia it was a good place for the family to spend the night and rest. Location is convenient and there is a large shopping center nearby perfect to purchase some groceries and food since we did book on room only basis. Plenty of cafes and small restaurants as well.

Mattrasses could be a bit harder actually but overall comfortable.
