Grocery store was nearby and convenient, breakfast was great and had a good selection, staff very easy going and professional

Had issue with A/C when first arrived but hotel moved us and fixed issue easily.

The staff was welcoming and friendly.The Café is lovely. The Room very clean with a comfortable bed.

Curtains have to be drawn during the day in rooms facing the inner yard. I have stayed before a few times in the same hotel in rooms facing the street and they are much better. When I booked the room through Booking.com, I wrote my request and expected a room facing the street.

Poor hygiene. Bathroom fittings are not working. No 24/7 support available, and the area around the hotel is unsafe for people walking alone.

I was very happy that the dog was welcome in the hotel lobby & bar/restaurant. The bar/restaurant was perfectly adequate although limited choice of food but had a nice decor, nice atmosphere and comfortable seats. Breakfast was again limited choice on the buffet but all the basics were there and I thought it was good value for money.

It turned into a sports bar when the football was on tv and that make it a bit noisy in the bar/restaurant. The tables could have been cleaned a bit quicker. We found a slightly more quiet area once the football started but left because the table was sticky. Not a big deal.

Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast with really good coffee. Would reccomend.

the night staff really went out of their way to make a bad situation better. The AC was out and it was very hot. One staff member brought us a a fan so we could sleep. It was very sweet and we appreciated it very much.

We reported the AC not working when we arrived in late afternoon evening. We were very tired after a long day of travel and kept waiting for the AC to be repaired. We had been waiting and waiting so that we could go to sleep. The staff came to try and fix it but it wasn't until the late night staff took over and let us know the entire floor was out. Also we reported that there was hair left in the bathroom by the shower and the shower door flange was broken. It wasn't a deal breaker but we wanted the staff to know so they could follow up with housekeeping. They did comp our breakfast which was very nice and appreciated. We have stayed there a few times over the years when we drive in from Portugal to shop at Costco and have always had a really good experience. It was sad to see the hotel getting more run down and the staff not as friendly as in the past (exception was the late night staff! They really tried to make it better even though there was not a lot they could do. when I learned that the whole floor was out, I understood better that their resources to help were very limited.

The air conditioning was broken. Because of the heat, we were sweating and had to open the window completely all night long just to have a little air. Couldn't sleep because of the heat, noise and light from the street. The beds are horrible. Thin mattresses falling off the boxsprings every time you move a bit. The pillows are horrible. Either flat and super hard or a ball of air. At 9.20 am someone opened our door with their key and came into the room. We started hollering a bit for them to leave. My husband went out to the hall and it was a cleaning lady running off down the hall.

Accessible facilities were requested for the wheelchair user and these were provided without question. The bar and food available, although limited, were good.

The price on Booking.com fluctuated depending which day you checked out the cost of staying here. Sometimes it appeared as though there was no availability, when there was. I assume this is due to Booking.com and not the hotel.

The leisure area on the first floor is spacious and comfortable, and the staff is warm and service-oriented.

We went to sleep at 5am but were woken up at 9am by knocks on the door and someone entering the room without permission, I had used the "do not disturb" card outside the door but at 9:50 the same thing happened again, someone knocked on the door and entered the room! We were woken up twice, which was very annoying!

Great hotel, very pleasant, clean and the breakfast is delicious. Its not super close to the train station, so if you have big bags, better to get an uber

Good budget hotel. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. A 15 minute walk from the train station. And in to the centre of Getafe. Quiet area. A Mercadona next door. Would stay here again.

Breakfast is not what I expected. It should be more improved. No fresh boiled eggs.

Well located for our trip. Very polite staff and even gave us dog toys for the dogs when we booked in. They couldn’t have been friendlier

Very small room. there was an unpleasant specific smell in the room all the time. No kettle. The mattress kept falling off the bed (two separate single beds).

All round excellent hotel..very modern and comfortable bar area with live music..staff incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend. Great location, walking distance of 10 minutes to the centre.

The fact that the shower and bed is super clean, makes me always choose for an Ibis hotel as well the core identity which give me a comfortable feeling and stay

The only point which was in my opinion not as I would like is the breakfast. It all looks great, only the products are in my opinion not really fresh. But a human being can not have all he wants
