Convenient to the Madrid beltway and directions south. Very large suite of rooms. Very spacious. Good value. Excellent breakfast buffet with many many choices. Plenty parking by the hotel and EV charges were present. Directly across from the hotel is a large Chinese restaurant buffet style ad well as other dining choices near.

The couch in the suite was very dirty with large stains all over. It should go away immediately. The hotel is in a light industrial area. Away with the dangerous bathtubs and in with walk in showers.

I loved the complimentary water,apple, and marshmallows at the reception. Spacious room and bathrooms equipped with grooming kits were great. We had amazing help from the receptionist, particularly the one in the afternoon (after 4pm) on the first day of our stay who was very friendly and gave us great advice to move around the city. There was plenty of available parking where security is a number one priority.

Comfortable

Hotel is not as close to mad cool as I thought and night staff was unhelpful. I needed cutlery to eat something and he couldn’t get it.

The room and restroom were good

The TV did not work well, the refrigerator and air conditioning were not cold

Room was very nice. It had a large double bed as requested and the hotel provided toiletries which as nice.

The rooms don’t have air conditioning. This required us to open windows to regulate temperature. Unfortunately with the windows open it was very noisy, cigarette smoke from outside flowed into the room and couldn’t leave the shades drawn for privacy and darkness for sleeping. Also the hotel was farther from the city centre than we would have liked, about 20 minutes by car.

Close enough to Madrid to make driving in easy, free parking was nice. Water pressure was good.

Staff were cold, reports of area being unsafe, rooms stank of cigarettes, had to change rooms.

Room had a view of the Sierra. The room was very quiet, too.

Wished the hotel offered king- sized beds, too.

Todo estivo ben, as camas, a situación preto do hospital que era o noso obxectivo. Silencioso, limpo e o persoal moi agradable. É unha zona residencial de Xetafe entón non hai ruído pero tampouco moito que ver ou onde comer, pero camiñando 15 minutos xa chegas ao centro.

Non había escobilla no baño. Pola zona non hai moitos sitios onde comer.

Location was ok.

No kettle, unbelievable for a 4* hotel - the rooms need some refurbishing. Doors squeaked - When the neighbour went to the toilet at night, you heard everything.

The staff were nice and helpful.The room is big and clean and the beds are comfortable.

Spacious suite. Realistic pricing. Sufficient parking. The breakfast was good with lots of items, traditional and continental, to choose from. Front desk staff was pleasant. Located in a suburb to Madrid surrounded by many businesses and busy roads.

The property is dated. Shower in bathtub is not ideal especially not for older persons. The glasses in the bathroom were very dirty with residue on the bottom and the tissue holder was empty. We found it complicated to get to the hotel. Also, please get some comfy pillows for your guests.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. There was heating in the room.

The girl who greeted us at check-in didn't even smile. She was not very polite, so it was not a good first impression. The hotel cafe is not open on weekends and holidays, which was very strange as our trip was on New Year's Eve. The furniture in the room is quite old, there was no plug in the bathroom to draw water. There is also no toothpaste or hair conditioner in the room. There are also no slippers for the room. For some reason all the hotel doors were closed at night and to get back to the hotel after 12 you had to knock, so we had to wait 15 minutes in the cold to get in.

The hotel is situated in Getafe, just outskirt of Madrid: very QUiet environment and clean space. There is ample parking space, so it will be perfect if you want to consider renting a car. There are buses and there is a metro so it is easy to move around. The rooms are really spacious, the bathroom is so clean and the staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was decent as they had coffee machines, fresh fruits and a typical European menu. There are supermarkets nearby and some nice restaurants within 1 or 2 km walking distance

Convenient hotel for an overnight stay. Our room was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, and the free car parking at the hotel was a nice plus.

When we arrived on a Friday evening, the restaurant was closed, which is surprising for a hotel that claims 4 stars. It was not a big deal however, as the Westfield Parquesur shopping mall is very close, with plenty of dining options.

Decent hotel for cost. 15 minute walk to trai. For madrid. Nice eating places in town. Staff were decent. Free parking onsite.

Internet on our floor didn't work. Hotel gave us a room closer to tprouter but no help with luggage when we changed rooms. No coffee pot or water heater in room. We asked and got electric pot for self- provided tea. No hot water cups (except lobby coffee paper cups).
