We had two rooms and one of them smelled like cigarettes very badly, thanks to the stuff that they changed it quickly. Everything was working well in the room and it had everything we needed. Big windows, alright view

Hotel and rooms feel old and used a lot.Beds for two had one long pillow (very weird).

It is pretty cheap for Madrid, there are fast foods in near surrounding, gas station too, it is close to highway, so reachability is great.

Interior is pretty outdated, needs a little bit of renovation, from ground to the roof.

The noise between Rooms was very bad,i could hear everything that was happening in the floor.The bathroom ceiling was unfinished .The room walls were all scratched up.AC unit did not regulate the temperature,taking more than 2 hours to become warm.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Bedroom was dirty. Air conditioner did not work. If the lights were on it made an electronic feedback noise that was unbearable.

The smell in room 103. It was so bad that it is now all over my clothing. It was the stench of a gutter. I have never experienced that in my entire life of travels. It was in the bathroom. I still am dealing with that smell

Its good value for money in terms of stay. The staff do as much as they possibly can.

Breakfast spread is the same daily with limited options so for long stays it could get pretty boring

Staff was professional and helpful. Room are clean and warm. Parking space available on the street near the hotel so no parking cost. Breakfast was OK.

Torn curtains, windows that don't close well and don't stop the street noise, loud noises in the ceiling during the night that ruined our sleep - they were fair and refunded all our expenses

Location was great! Only a couple of blocks away from the train and metro station, so you are well connected. It is also right besides a convenience store and a McDonalds. The room was nice and clean, and quite affordable.

The showers are kind of noisy, if someone would take a shower during the night you could hear it, though it wasn't loud enough to wake me up if I was already asleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also kind of slow.

The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and it had a good selection. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant linked to the hotel had excellent food and it was very good value for money.

The fact that the room was on the ground floor didn’t allowed us to open the curtains to look outside as it overlooked the street. The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working.

it was a little far from downtown and the airport but for the value, it was great!!

Nothing really this is Madrid turret cuty and no one speak English only Spanish or Chinese and they are tuff people

The smoke smell in the room, when they do the daily cleaning the dont refill soup and shampoo, I slept 4 nights in a room with a loudly sound in the AC, that didn’t let me rest, I request for the change and the girl forget it so I had to slept one more night in that room, then they change us to another one. They knew about that problem in that room and even do they were concerned they sold it. People at the breakfast is very kind and helpfully.

The Stuff was really friendly and professional...They have a good Breakfast and as a Hotelguest u can eat at the Hotelrestaurant for a better price...For me the Location was perfect to spend time with my loved One..The Highway is very close and to the Airport it isabout 40 Mins with the Taxi...

Telephon didnt worked..we were on the second Floor, the waterpressure of the Shower was weak and low...

It was near the area I needed to visit. McDonalds behind it was great because I had breakfast there instead.

Pictures on site weren't anything I saw at the actual hotel. Bed was not comfortable. Noisy air-conditioning. Breakfast was ok for the price.
