    Cons -

    • Everything room with roaches and water bugs
    • Nothing it suited our purpose, no problem accepting the dog
    • The room was clean but shabby. The hotel was mainly occupied by contractors. Despite taking money for our dog, we were refused access to the restaurant, and invited to sit outside on the terrace when it was blowing a gale and pouring down. We had to drive 7 kilometres in the rain on a 4 lane motorway to a Mcdonalds, when we had specifically gone to this hotel because there was a restaurant. Breakfast was 'adequate '

Convenient location from ferry on way to Alicante. Clean. Good value evening meal, clean room. Lots of parking. Allowed pets.

Quite tired looking exterior to property.

+ perfect value $$!+ Hotel old but clean+ Stuff is nice and friendly. + Cleaning servis 10/10!

The breakfast was bad – no fruit, no eggs, just two types of salami and dry cheese. Every day of the week, the breakfast was exactly the same – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday... just two types of salami and dry cheese.

    Do not stay here. Hotel...

It looks nothing like the photos, unclean (walls of bathroom had gross stuff on walls, there were bugs), doors and windows are old and unsafe (our window barely closed). The grounds are tired, the entrance is filthy, the cups and silverware were dirty, there was a bug at the bottom of my friend’s drink at lunch. I could go on. What definitely made it even more terrible was another hotel guest wretching outside at 4am and waking me up.

Complicaties to get there, looks old apartment looked clean. View was an unprepared garden that was it plus lack of restaurants etc in the vicinity.

    First impression

    Great ambience, peace, calm

No kettle or coffee machines in the rooms. If you want to have hot water need to walk to the restaurent which is around 500 m from room

The positive and apologetic attention and attitude of the ladies cleaning the rooms in the working conditions that can only be described and considered as verging on Slave LabourThe Duty of Care for these ladies well-being appears non existing, having to push the linnen trolleys through the rough, uneven and sloped roadways that link all of the different rooms sections even whilst raining with raincoats on and having to walk up and down stairs to service the upper floor sections numerous times per block.

"Everything"This so called 3.5 Star Hotel, can at best be described as a 0.5 Star dilapidated, poorly maintained and old roadside Motel.Exposed and broken tubing, wiring, mould in the bathroom, uneven and unpainted surfaces and a bathroom door that when shut was hard to re-open so it was kept opened. The so-called Restaurant, was no better than an average cafeteria anywhere in Madrid that served a very low choice buffet breakfast and terrible and costly meals and had very poor service and lack of ambiance. When I eventually found the pool, I found it covered over with a cover holding stagnate water ponding upon it, inadequate pool fencing which was not child safe and in poor condition and with Overgrowth around its internal perimeter.I strongly urged Booking.Com to visit and re-asses this property's rating and compare it to the 3 Star LCB Hotel at Fuenlabrada where family relations of ours stayed at the same time that I was in Madrid to compare and see the difference in quality at a better per night rate that I had to endure and pay at the Olivos.

Comfortable bed and pillows and parking

No hot water, air con dirty and leaking, pubic hairs on bidet, no plugs in bath. Very basic and in need of refurbishing.

Quiet ground floor rooms , with grass area for the dog to stretch his legs.Good location just off the main Rd.

A kettle in our room would have been a good idea!

The rooms are a good size. The girl on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great with a good priced 'menu del dia' and the waitress was excellent. An added bonus was that it was dog friendly. The location was good although a bit confusing finding it in the dark. A bit hazardous when leaving, owing to it being on the main road.

The rooms need some attention but they are okay. The first room we were put in was cold but we were moved to the other block where the heating was on. Shame we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the terrace owing to the cold weather.

Second visit when passing through Madrid. It's a bit of a find being on the main road yet having gardens and a pool! Pet friendly and good value.

It is good value for money but looks a bit tired in parts!

Excellent for stopping overnight with dogs. Huge gardens and parking just outside the room. Bed comfy, room large and very quite. Breakfast was simple but perfect for us. Excellent coffee!

It’s in need of a refurb and room could do with a refresh but nothing that would put me off.

Large room with terrace overlooking nice grounds.

    Very basic boring breakfast

I love the garden, although it was locked and you have to access it through the restaurant.

There was no Map to show you around the hotel. No tea bags /kettle in the room. No fridge in the room. The breakfast was complimentary, but basic. Just bread, butter, tea or coffee, juice and ham/cheese.But I love the staff, they were very helpful and friendly. You can buy food at the restaurant for just €12 ( 3 course meal).
