It exceeded our expectations. We had a good stay, with a great view of the city (we stayed in the 7th floor). Also there's a nearby shopping mall.

The wifi wasn't easy to access, but the receptionist helped us out.

The staff was great, the place was clean and neat.

Unfortunately, the facility is not prepared for seasonal temperature changes. The climate was a bit warmer and the facility was already running the heating system, the room was hot and had to open the windows to make it comfortable.

My room was clean, the staff members were really friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. There are many options for dinner around the hotel neighborhood!

Everything was very nice. Restaurant was a little pricey but the food was very good. Very comfortable room witn good air-conditiong. Nice, clean and spacious. The bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and happy doing their job... for the 1st night.

The bar and restaurant staff were not very helpful and not very welcoming... for the 2nd night. There were a LOT of teenage guests the 2nd night and they were making quite a bit of noise in the restaurant and the lobby and the parking garage.

no way to turn the heat off in the room so we had to sleep with the windows open...they told us there was nothing to they could do.

The hotel is on the edge of town and in a good location for visiting the main industrial area. I was able to park for free on the street just in front overnight as there are not many other businesses putting demand on spaces. Check in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was no free bottled water in the room, but the minibar was reasonably priced if you need anything. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of variety and quality choices.

Nice modern comfortable hotel

Hassled to get my passport before anything else when couldn’t park car till checked in, but a more senior staff member understood we’d sort the check in as soon as we could park car in the garage and get out of the rain.

We regularly stay at this hotel. For some unknown reason the rate for the night was more than double the usual rate. Even the hotel couldn’t explain why. I do not know who sets the rate but it seems to be back to normal now…..

The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable.The bathroom was very modern and beautifully decorated.Comfortable large bed. Parking is spacious and most convenient.

For a 4 star hotel it had no personal touch - no complimentary bottles of water, no coffee or milk sachets - they only provide tea - everything had to be bought from the fridge. Go down to the bar - no staff, only a receptionist who calls for someone to arrive eventually, try to order room delivery and the same experience - one can only assume they have insufficient staff.

From the staff to the facilities, there's nothing negative to say. Super friendly and excellent comfort. An excellent point was that there were several options for plant-based drinks, a choice of lactose-free milk and normal milk.

Maybe the fact that the gym isn't open from Monday to Sunday. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about

Good looking room, modernish. Comfortable bed and pillows to rest at the end of the day.Lots of free parking around. Behind the hotel there are some streets where there is parking available for free.

The Room was a bit tight and maintenance could have been a bit more on point (shower door lose, closet door configuration a bit strange).Space was tight and small desk to work on.Location, it's so so... no so close to downtown. I was stranded late night with no frequent bus and I could not find an available cab. I walked but it was good long ~5Km.

Beds were comfortable which is almost unusual these days!

All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room, for one night, was a good size. Having secure parking under the hotel was a plus also.Breakfast was excellent.

There was nothing we didn't like.
