The restaurant and the staff were excellent.

Did not care for the barrier free room we received. There were some leakage issues. The location was farther away from the city center than we realized, we did not have a car.

Excellent breakfast, worth to visit only because of that. Bathroom was so good as well.

Maybe staff was a little bit slow, especially at the breakfast room.

Nice location, clean room and a lot of space to park free around the hotel.

Nice, spatious & clean room. Complimentary coffee available at the room and restaurant open until 11 pm.Tasty and varied breakfast that included eggs, omelette, fresh orange juice & cakes served from 7 am.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The room was very modern. The beds were very clean. The bathroom was super complete.

The air conditioner was not working. The room was hot. For us, it was uncomfortable to sleep. If you open the windows, the city noise entered the room.

Excellent stay and friendly staff.

Furniture and carpet are showing wear and tear. Could not control ac temperature and half of the tv channels were not working.

Modern style, good restaurant at a reasonable price, and comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and ready to help.

I stayed at this hotel recently and, while the stay itself was acceptable, I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience trying to obtain a copy of my invoice. Despite multiple requests, the hotel repeatedly ignored my requests.As a business traveler, receiving an invoice is essential for expense reporting — and it's incredibly disappointing that a professional establishment would neglect such a basic requirement.

The building needs to be refurbished

Not enough space to sunbathe or use the pool.Some litter/rubbish was left on tables.Sink in bathroom was very poor at draining

Very good hotel with big rooms, comfortable beds and nice breakfast. The city center is on 30-minutes walking distance. Parking slots are available on the streets around the hotel.

Some staff were friendly and helpful, I particularly appreciate the flexibility of the staff in the restaurant during breakfast.

Room is small, boring, outdated, doesn't feel clean. The parking is very small, expensive, and bad designed, may scratch your car.

Great location and hiking possiblilities - just on Santiago road

It was easy to get to for an overnight stay. It was surprisingly close to the shopping centre linked by a pedestrian bridge across the river.The bed was large and very comfortable. Thé bathroom had a bath and a walk in shower. Thé breakfast was copious.

Easy for one night stop over from motorway, 5 min drive.

Hotel accepts dogs and offer a nice welcome pack, but no areas to walk dogs within hotel grounds and no ground floor rooms. Lifts are fast and frequent though and there are public grass areas close to reception for dog exercise

Reasonably cheap price wise and the onsite private parking is convenient particularly as we were travelling by car through Spain. Breakfast is an 8/10 and the staff were very friendly.

Room 302 stinks of smoke/tobacco. We had to ask reception to change our room. Avoid room 302 at all costs. Generally, all the room looks tired and over used & abused. Hair in shower which isnt great either.
